Welcome to "Just One More..." our families home away from home. Our 3 bedroom 1.5 bath house is on a corner street just a few blocks from the water (a 10 min walk) and a short golf cart or bike ride away from the the Main Street in town - where you will find our favorite bakery, pizza shop, candy store and more! The rooms are as follows: (with all linens and towels included)

Master: King Bed
Room 2: Queen Bed
Room 3: Twin bed and Twin over Full Bunk

While you stay you are welcome to use our beach chairs, play our games, set up our corn hole boards, and ride our bikes (2 adult beach cruisers)! You may want to make arrangements to rent a golf cart while you're in town as well- it makes short trips to and from the beach and the main street a breeze! (Ask about an added fee to rent our cart, which seats 4!) Please make our home yours with a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, an outdoor propane grill, a large dining room table perfect for family game night, 3 Smart TVs, and a strong wifi signal throughout.

Just One More is a cozy home with sleeping space for up to 8.

Overall, we had a lovely stay in Cape Charles. We always love riding around in the golf cart, easy access to the beach and relaxing as a family. Heather's house was great for our family of 4. A couple call outs, disorganization (drawers, cabinets, shared closets, shed, etc) was a bit challenging. Cleanliness was a bit of a miss. There were stains on sheets, couches and heavy dust on vents, as a few examples. As noted, we enjoyed our stay and communication with Heather was smooth.

Long Weekend in Cape Charles

We had a wonderful stay at Heather's property. The house was clean and very kid friendly. We enjoyed the golf cart and the fenced in backyard. The proximity to the beach is just a short golf cart ride away. Cape Charles is such a gem and we can't wait to visit again!

A dream vacation

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The house was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed and more. This is the perfect quiet location within a short walk or golf cart ride to everything. Easy check in and out procedure. The hosts were wonderful. We will definitely be back!!

Cape Charles Vacation

Awesome house for a visitiing family of 5. The 3 boys loved the room with a bunk bed, the master bedroom is huge and the the third bedroom is plenty big as well. The front porch is welcoming, kitchen is spacious, back deck and fenced in backyard are perfect for evening chill time, it's the best!

Lovely place! Lovely town!

We enjoyed our stay at Cape Charles and Heather’s home. The house was very clean, and on a very quiet street! We appreciated Heather being extremely prompt and helpful during and even after our stay. Look forward to returning to Cape Charles and returning to this lovely home!

Great Stay in Cape Charles

Heather and Chris' house was a perfect place to stay for our long weekend on the cape. We had everything we needed and there was a great deck and yard for hanging outside. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and he had a great vacation overall. Thanks!

Third stay

Clean, modern and excellent owners

The house was in great condition. Very clean and modern. The location is a few blocks away from the beach and main strip of town, but they allow access to their golf cart which made traveling around easy and fun! The owners were welcoming and easy to reach.

Fantastic!

Great place to stay. Very clean and lots of space. Plenty of games and activities for kids. The beach in Cape Charles is very shallow and perfect for small kids. For teens and adults a little deeper water would be preferred but the town itself and everything else about our stay was perfect.

Great Family House

We had a great time at “Just One More”. It was perfect for my husband, myself, and our three kiddos (6,4, and 2). The fenced in yard is great for kids and having the golf cart is a definite perk. We hope to be able to return to his this house in the future.

Perfect for our family!

We had a great time in Cape Charles. This house was perfect for our family. There are beach toys and chairs, many games and kids toys inside and a great fenced in back yard for the kids to play. We really enjoyed the golf cart rides around town. Heather was very responsive and we would recommend this house to other families like ours !

Christopher and I (Heather) live in Va Beach and we have 5 teens who LOVE Cape Charles. Chris works in real estate and I am a public school teacher. 4 of our 5 kids are in college and 1 is in High School. As our family heads off in new directions, we wanted a spot we could all return to for years to come.

We have been coming regularly to this amazing little town for the last 5 years. When COVID-19 cancelled all our family travel plans for 2020 we decided to use our savings to purchase a home away from home, "Just one More", in our favorite get away spot. We spent months ordering furniture, mattresses and bedding- then painting organizing things and getting it just right for our family AND for yours!! We hope you like it.
