Outside: a large garden in front of the house, a large south/west facing terrace and the 8.5 x 4.5 m swimming pool (accessible from Easter to the end of September and from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. in order to maintain the tranquility of the place) . Two private parking spaces. The cottage is composed of a full basement (not accessible) used by the owners who live next to the cottage. In the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, Baden is a town very popular with holidaymakers for its quality of life and its many possibilities for outdoor activities that will delight young and old alike!
