Great experience!

10/10!! This was an absolutely stunning apartment! The natural brick walls were beautiful! It was very clean and decorated very tasefully. The check in process was a breeze. We didnt have ANY complications. The location was also a huge bonus. Everything was just a short drive away. My family and i thoroughly enoyed our stay.

Weekend concert trip

We had a concert at paycor stadium. Excellent location to stay for it. Property was nice clean. A/C kept going back to 80 so it was alittle warm it got as cool as 73 I’m a 68 person soon it does make a difference lol. But we all enjoyed our time there.

Simplicity yet classy

This property was close enough to walk around to different places, including the zoo! Granted we didnt go. We enjoyed the stay and the esthetic was great. Definitely will consider for future stays.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, smelled great, is tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the sheets were so soft. The location was perfect and close to everything! Great for a weekend stay with our two teenage boys while we were in town for a concert. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Near U.C., Kroger and night life

Pleasant comfortable apartment with kitchen, Keurig, smart TV and off-street designated parking spot. Noisy neighborhood, wandering loud drunks late at night, but earplugs mostly blocked them out.

Better than advertised

It is rare with online rentals, but this unit was better than the pictures online. Everything was excellent. The unit was very well stocked and met or exceeded all expectations.

Property was in great location and we love the exposed brick. Apartment as clean and Freda was very responsive. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Great Stay

We traveled from Jacksonville, FL for my Niece's wedding on the weekend. The owner was very polite & friendly, Communication was open & responsive. Apartment was cleaning & very comfortable. Only a few miles from my Brother's house which made it easy to go & visit. Definitely would stay again & highly recommend this place if visiting Cincinnati.

Perfect stay!

Was in town to visit my daughter for the holiday weekend. Could not have asked for a better experience!! Your place was in a perfect location near campus so there was a lot in walking distance. The amenities you provided were thoughtful and your place was spotless when we arrived. Off street parking was an added bonus!

Excellent property

We had a great experience as a family of five with three small kids. It was so nice to have separate rooms for 2/3 the price of a hotel. The small details the host provided were appreciated and the location of the apartment is great. We could easily and quickly make it to the Reds game, the Children’s Museum and the Newport Aquarium from the property. Having a Kroger and restaurants right around the corner was also nice. Easy to access the apartment and the reserved space were also great. We’re likely to return if we head that way again!

Great place, perfect location.

My sons and I visited Cincinnati to look at a few colleges in the area. The unit was perfect for us with 3 queen size beds so no need to double up for my tall teen sons. Easy walk to UC and everything else you would need - grocery, Walgreens/CVS, restaurants. Safe area day or night. Also just a 10 min drive to downtown and the waterfront. Parking can be tricky, but there’s a designated spot so it’s not a big issue. All the essentials (except a toaster) in the place with TVs and wifi. Freda was great with communicating. Highly recommend this place for a convenient launching point.

Great for a short stay!

The property looks just as described in the listing. Everything was neat, clean and smelled fresh. Parking: If you have a large vehicle, (like a Suburban or Yukon XL), you'll fit into the parking area, but barely. Getting to the unit: There is a long flight of stairs to climb to get to the upper unit. This is something to consider if anyone in your party has mobility issues. Location: This propery is near a college. At night, you'll hear *all* the college night-life on the street. This is something you may want to consider if you are a light sleeper. Property Manager: Not very responsive. My questions would eventually receive a response, but not timely and not always in a kind tone. In summary, it's a great spot for a short stay. It's close to so many things. We spent the night to have easy access to the zoo the next morning.

Check-in Unsatisfactory

I made reservations for this property about one month in advance based on the reviews/location. Check in was at 3, I arrived at 3:10, I tried the provided code numerous times, it didn't work. I called and text the property manager, when I didn't receive a response, I contacted VRBO. Angie with VRBO assisted as much as she could, but with no success, I presume she contacted the manager because when Angie put me on hold, I received a call from the property manager, I let her know I was at the unit but could not access it, the property manager informed me that I couldn't access the unit because she hadn't changed the code yet for me to access it, nor had the unit been cleaned. The property manager asked me to come back in a FEW hours, of course I informed her since the reservation was made a month ago, I shouldn't have to come back, she actually said, I can let you in, but it hasn't been cleaned or sanitized. I told her absolutely NOT, this is unacceptable and want to be compensated, she offered a one night stay the next time I return to Cincinnati, why would she assume I was going back to Cincinnati? I informed her that I want compensation for the inconvenience of my first night stay. I was compensated, but only the weekday amount , not the tax/ fees.
