Welcome to Vins-sur-Caramy, a charming Provençal village nestled along the Caramy River, just 10 minutes from Brignoles and the A8 highway (Aix–Nice).<br>Located in the central Var region, most destinations are less than an hour away (airports, TGV station, beaches, lakes).<br><br>We invite you to make yourself at home during your stay in our villa, which sleeps 6 to 8 people.<br>The house is ideally located just outside the village, in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of the forest and near the GR50 and GR653A hiking trails for walks in the woods, with very few neighboring homes and a view of the forest.<br>There is parking for 3–4 vehicles.<br><br>Built on two floors, on the first level you’ll find:<br>- Living room with TV, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, induction cooktop)<br>- Separate restroom<br>- A suite with a 180x200 bed and an open-concept shower room<br>All these rooms open onto a large balcony with outdoor seating, sun loungers, and a charcoal grill.<br><br>On the lower level<br>Two bedrooms: <br>- One bedroom with a 140 double bed, a 140 double bunk bed, and a TV<br>- The second bedroom with a 140 double bed and a TV.<br>- Separate toilet<br>- Bathroom with a corner bathtub, double sinks, and a washing machine.<br>All of these rooms are also flanked by a covered balcony leading to the spa and the pool.<br><br>The terrace features a small summer kitchen with a gas plancha, an induction cooktop, a refrigerator, and all the necessary dishes.<br>There’s also an outdoor solar shower, a 140 outdoor bed, and lounge chairs.<br>The saltwater pool is fenced in with a lockable gate.<br>The inflatable hot tub is perfect for relaxing in the evening.<br><br>And finally, if you feel like it, you can head downstairs to enjoy the small garden for a game of pétanque (equipment not provided) or play ping pong (paddles and balls not provided)<br>We can provide a travel crib and high chair upon request.<br>Linens provided (sheets, dish towels)<br><br>The house does not have air conditioning, but fans are available.
