You name it, it's here! 3 Flat screen TV's, DVD, BluRay, Wi-Fi, cable, 3 minute walk to the beach and Pompano Joes, 5 minute drive to the outlet mall. 2 bedrooms, 2 bath. Fully stocked kitchen. 2 pools, one is heated. This condo overlooks one of the pools. This condo complex has beautiful landscaping and is located in a nice quiet complex.

Not the best, not the worst

When we arrived they were still cleaning the place and it was not ready for check in. Some outlets didn’t work, couch was falling apart, and all the outdoor furniture was broken. Contacted them and said they would send maintenance out. Not sure that they did. Easy walk to the beach, nice central location, and quiet complex.

A pleasant stay in paradise--with caveats

We enjoyed our stay, overall, but some items should be noted by those considering this property: The photos advertising the condo need to be updated--the walls now are off-white instead of chocolate brown, which was a minor disappointment because we liked the non-traditional look when we were considering different places to stay. A major disappointment, though, was the lack of the desk depicted in the living room photos. I'm a writer and looked forward to getting in lots of time on my next novel, but I ended up having to do that perched on a barstool at the kitchen counter instead of the now-absent desk (the existence of which was a major reason we picked this property over others in the same community). In addition, the thermostat was wonky--blowing way cold when the setting should've caused it to pause--and then blowing hot on our departure morning even though the setting was still on cold. Also, be aware the dishwasher door can't open fully--it bangs into the trim on the stove--and the dryer doesn't actually dry wet clothes but only makes them hot (and still damp), with a lint screen that never traps any lint. Small prices to pay for a week in paradise, but things to keep in mind.

On arrival the house was dirty, beds were not made. They didn’t clean up from the last guest.

It took 4 hours to get a hold of the host who finally sent the cleaning crew to come and clean. It was rushed and not to our satisfaction. The host said it wasn’t his fault the cleaners didn’t come, he was mad at us for asking him to clean, I just figured since we drove almost 6 hours the condo would be clean. He just didn’t care.. I have the pictures of when we got there, no ice , truly was a terrible experience. I know things happen but he was so rude for no reason..

Gute Lage aber leider innen etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage und einen tolle Aufteilung für ihre Größe. Und einen tollen Balkon der leider nicht zu benutzen war wegen den defekten Möbeln. Die Badezimmer waren okay . Leider ist die Küche schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Anlage selber und auch der Pool waren immer sehr sauber. Was für die USA nicht selbstverständlich ist. Alles in allem okay

Thought it was nice

For the short amount of time we were there, the place met all of our needs!! The location was great! The pool was nice and clean and it was pretty quiet and people were respectful!!

The property is in a good location and is quiet. Is is close enough to the beach to walk there and I recommend you do this. The parking at the beach is always full. The parking at the condo is very tight so be careful coming and going. While we were there the dishwasher water line began to leak. The dishwasher was brand new but it was not secured and not usable until the issue with the water leak came about. The issue was fixed and the dishwasher works fine. Overall our stay was ok.

Condo Was Not What We Expected

The property itself, was clean and well maintained, the pool was nice and the property was in a great location, walking distance to the beach. However, the condo itself was a huge disappointment. It did not look anything like the pictures that are posted on VRBO. Either the condo was staged for the pictures or the pictures are quite old. A lot of the furniture, rugs and decorations that are in the photos were missing or different and the furniture that was in there was old, dirty, uncomfortable or broken. There was black mold all over the front door, we couldn't change the channels or control the volume on the TV because the remote controls we had did go with the TV. Several of the blinds were broken or missing slats. The patio furniture was in very poor condition and one chair was broken. The kitchen counter was crumbling, the microwave had a funky smell when you used it and the ice maker didn't work. In the master, the bed was extremely hard and the sheets were like sandpaper. Also, there were black spots all over the bedsheets, it was so gross. Finally, halfway through our stay, the dryer broke so we couldn't wash anything because we couldn't dry them. Maintenance did come and gave us a new remote and cleaned the front door but that was it. After our stay, we reached out to the owner and requested a partial refund because of the huge misrepresentation of the condo and he never responded back to us. We don't want anyone else to have as disappointing a stay as we did.

We went two days without tv and then tried using the dishwasher it was broke and I contacted the guy the day we got there about the tv and then again the following day about the dishwasher and someone came out then it was the day after before it was fixed other than that it was good

Great place!

Kids loved the bunk beds which were similar to theirs at home. Very close to the beach and convenient to restaurants and shops. Good A/C and water pressure. Cabinets stocked with pots, pans, and baking sheets made it easy to stay in. Very clean pool. Would definitely stay here again!
