We offer this charming 60 m² house for rent in Vannes, less than a kilometre from Conleau beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two good bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy an enclosed garden and a terrace of around 60 m².
The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Two bedrooms with 2 double beds (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful 60 m² garden, with a wooden terrace and furniture to enjoy the sunny days: table, parasol, deckchairs...
The owners will provide you with 2 mountain bikes so you can make the most of the nearby coastal paths and the Conleau peninsula, which has a small, very pleasant family beach.
Transport :
- If you choose to come by car, parking is free in and around the street.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Gare de Vannes 1.6 km
- Nearest airport:Nantes Atlantique 1 h 15, Lorient Lann Bihoué, 50 min.
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free Wifi available
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- The building has a drainage problem, and odours may occur depending on the number of tourists in the area and the weather.
Optional independent arrival: Access to the accommodation is from 4pm. Keys are collected from a key box on site.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
On site, you will be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-live-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.
