- on the first floor of a living room with fireplace, a sofa bed 140cmx190cm, an adjoining fitted and equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 140cmx190cm bed, a bathroom with WC
- upstairs, a bedroom with a 140cmx190cm bed and a second bedroom with a 160cmx200cm bed and its private bathroom with WC

on the first floor, a large equipped and fitted kitchen that can accommodate the 14 people around the same table, a living room with TV and sofa, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
on the 1st floor 3 bedrooms, each equipped with a 140cmx190cm bed and finally a bathroom with WC.

Nearby, you can practice different activities:
- hiking, mountain biking, Trail Runner (the trail "Itinérêve La Dordogne de Villages en Barrages" being 300m away)
-fishing on the Aigle dam with launch at the Lamirande bridge 5 minutes away
- the village of Soursac with its shops, doctors and lake 5 minutes away
