Nice stay

Great large house for multi family holiday. Plenty of beds for everyone. We even found puppets and a puppet theatre which was a hit with the kids.

Beautiful modern home with lots of space!

We used this rental as a place for our team of volunteers of 10 people. Everyone had their own space, and the house was absolutely stunning!

This home is everything and more than the posting. The Landlord is very responsive to all inquiries. The home was beautiful and very well kept as well. It has everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. I will definitely be returning.

Multiple family trip to Spokane

Beautiful, clean and fully stocked house. Neighborhood is perfect for walking with a park just two blocks away if you have little ones. We had 7 adults, 4 teens and a 10yr old and we never felt crowded. Deck was amazing for early evening hang time and quiet morning coffee. Less than 10min to downtown Spokane.

Wonderful Stay

Had a large group over in spokane for graduation and bloomsday and the house was pretty much as advertised. Ownership constantly checked in to see how things were going which was nice. Had an incident with towel supply which the owner rectified within an hour 😀! A lovely home in a great location and ownership was very kind and responsive. what more could one ask for?

Great deck with a view, quiet neighborhood

The house easily accommodated our group which grew to 13 people over the weekend. We came to Spokane for a week to learn about the area, and also for three men to participate in Hoopfest. The house was a surprise as it offers more than listed in the description--major workout room and well-laid out kitchen, dining, bedrooms and bathrooms. It worked really well for our group.

Great location and good for groups

We had a group of 4 families in town for PNQ volleyball tournament. This was the perfect location with very easy access to downtown and lots of community space for parents and kids. Everything was VERY clean.The kitchen was SO well stocked with literally anything you could think of, there were TONS of kids activities, games, books, toys, etc. We were a little confused on the 2 seperate bedrooms both with bunks, but we made it work. My only suggestion would be a larger garbage in the kitchen with better quality bags and move the one set to bunks to the larger room and put another adult bed set up in that room.

Beautiful Home

The property managers were very helpful and so easy to communicate to them. Plenty of beds for all the nieces/nephews, plenty of space for cooking the turkey and other Thanksgiving dinner items. Plenty of chairs/tables for all ages to play games, relax, catchup with family. The upper level is fully wheel chair accessible and my Mom loved being able to get out of the assisted living facility and roam around for a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner full of laughter and games. She said "it's the best Thanksgiving she has had in over 10 years :)" We will absolutely stay here again if the opportunity arrises. Thank you!

Girls Trip

Great location and space for 8 women (40+) on a weekend getaway. I arrived early into Spokane and requested if I could leave my luggage at place until check-in. Very accommodating. Thank you!! The house was clean and modern. Also, the house was spacious for our group. Two (2) of us stayed upstairs in Master bedroom and the rest of the 6 sprawled out downstairs amongst the 3 rooms. We very much enjoyed the outdoor space with a nice view. There is a train track behind house but it's mostly covered by trees and off in the distance. We did see a train or 2 but was not at all obnoxious . Some of us actually really enjoyed the train and found peaceful. Proximity of home was good to downtown and airport. Hint if Uber/Lfyt - walk to end of driveway to drop pin.

Girl's Weekend

We rented the house for a weekend getaway for a friend's birthday. We spent the majority of our time in the spacious kitchen and dining room and on the beautiful deck overlooking a ton of trees. It was easy to forget we were in a city. My only critiques are: 1) the main floor bedroom was only nominally wheelchair accessible (it was difficult to maneuver into the room and we had to move the bed to make enough space for my chair); 2) the bunkbeds were very hard and uncomfortable, and; 3) there was no propane for either of the tabletop fires on the deck (we only discovered this on the last night and it was too late to inform the owners. I'm sure they would have responded in a positive way). These minor problems did not have a significant impact on our stay and it was an overall wonderful experience and beautiful home!

Hello Corinne, We are so happy you enjoyed your stay overall. In the future, we will definitely move the bed over if we have a guest in an adult wheelchair (our daughter is in a kids wheelchair and can get around easily). As for the bunk beds, some of the mattresses are firm and some aren't. It just depends on the guest's preference. Lastly, all 3 propane tanks were filled right before you arrived. We will print out instructions for guest who need help with the steps of how to turn the propane tanks on. Overall, wonderful feedback. Thank you so much, The westhills family
