The Space:

The Burbank House is the perfect backdrop for your Fredericksburg getaway. Designed with an open-concept layout ideal for entertaining, the home features a private courtyard and a spacious backyard that opens to serene Texas Hill Country views—all while being conveniently located just minutes from Main Street.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with three bedrooms: a king bed in the primary suite, queen beds in each guest room, and 2 single trundle beds in the side room—ideal for families or groups.

Start your morning with coffee as you watch cattle graze in the nearby fields, then enjoy hours of fun in the fully equipped game room, featuring a pool table, ping pong, darts, cornhole, washers, horseshoes, board games, cards, and more.

The entire property includes high-speed Wi-Fi, and both the main house and game room are outfitted with built-in stereo speakers, allowing you to enjoy your favorite music throughout your stay.

Loved this property

This was a great rental. I wish we had more time to stay longer. It had so many entertainment amenities to enjoy at this location. I would love to go back when we can stay longer. And the proximity to downtown was perfect.

GORGEOUS PLACE TO STAY!

This place was PERFECT for a girls weekend. Honestly; it would have been great for a couples weekend too. There were games, the couch and beds were super comfy and there was the perfect amount of space. LOVED IT! So peaceful. I sat outside and read my book in the mornings. So gorgeous!!

Wonderful Property

We had a group of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids). The property had plenty of room for all of us, and the game room and hot tub provided plenty to keep us busy. The property is very well kept and well appointed. It's close enough to Main St. that its easy to get around town, but just far enough away that you don't have to deal with all the traffic. We had a great time and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Fredericksburg!

Christmas 2022

Our family rented The Burbank House in Fredericksburg to spend Christmas 2022. The house was the perfect size for 6 adults and 1 toddler! The house was cozy and decorated beautifully. Because the weather was cold, we especially loved having the outside building to hang out in and also enjoyed the fire pit. We hope to stay in this house again the next time we are in Fredericksburg!

Great outdoor area and game room

We loved staying here. My family and kids loved the pool table, table tennis, and corn hole, outdoor seating, and fire put area. The place is very clean and tastefully decorated. Very conveniently located to main street in Fredericksburg. Wish we could have stayed more than one night. My only comment is that I do not believe there is a washer and dryer unit (unless we missed it). It was fine for us as we only stayed one night, but just a heads up if you are planning on a longer trip.

Convenient, Comfy and Stylish!

The Burbank House has it all. Close to Main Street but quiet. Comfy and stylish furniture and decor. Outdoor firepit, spa, separate gameroom so those that wish to play can do so footsteps from the main house. We often stay at VRBO's and this is certainly one of our favorites. Perfect for those needing 3 rooms, lots of comfy living room seating, open kitchen with all the perks, a wonderfully relaxing and beautiful backyard with outdoor firepit, edison lights and outdoor dining as well. Host was one of the best as well.

Great stay!

Our experience at Burbank House was amazing! We ended up arriving after dark, so it was great to be welcomed by a warm home with lights on inside and out. The house was clean and tidy with the personal touch of robes provided for everyone in our group. There were so many personal touches that we really appreciated like a basket full of blankets, hooks everywhere for hanging towels and personal items after a soak in the hot tub, wood and starter logs for the fire pit, super comfy beds and comforters, a fantastic game room with music and television to create any desired atmosphere, and so much more! We didn't do a lot of shopping, so this home offered us the perfect balance of relaxation and play with peaceful outdoor sitting areas and even cornhole. Communication from the management was prompt and helpful as needed. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Perfect home, location, decor, and amenities.

Our family of five, including three kids, ages 2-9 loved this place! The decor is great and modern. Although the footprint of the home is quaint, it was the perfect size for us which each kid getting their own room including our toddler using the smaller bedroom attached to the primary bedroom. The kids and adults loved the playroom. Having the yard hit a field was great too. We saw deer too. The island inside wasn’t enough for sit down meals but the outside table (with tv!) was great for outside dinners with family. Decor was one of my favorites we’ve rented at. The location was great. Short drive to downtown and to wineries nearby. We even went to market and fast food spots easily. The owners were great communicating with us and accommodating our needs. The guide they provide is also fabulous! I would highly recommend this home for those looking for a nice stay in Fredericksburg!

Awesome House

This may be the best VRBO we've booked. Super cool property. The outdoor space awesome. The main house is very well done and very well thought out. The back house party space was perfect for the kids (and adults). Side note for those who are sensitive like me and mine: The house has clean air. No artificial air-fresheners and non-needed, very neutral. It's been completely renovated and very well done.

Lovely Home!

The home was very clean and cozy, in a nice neighborhood not far from the main street. We had a little rain while were there, so the game room was great for our 5 year old granddaughter to play, but once the rain was gone, we were able to sit around the firepit, roast marshmallows and have a wonderful time. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen, and could have used another cookie sheet or two, and some measuring cups... just a few little things like that, but overall, everything was relaxing and great!!! We would certainly return to this beautiful home in the future!

Perfect get away

We rented this property to spend time with my husband's mom who lives in East Texas while we were visiting her so that she also had a chance to get away for a few days. My husband has not been able to come home to Texas since 2019. What a beautiful, comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated home! It was the perfect size, the game room was awesome and perfect for our two older children to get out of the heat and the baby loved watching the goats out back. Fredericksburg and the surrounding area is beautiful and quaint (with great food, shopping and music). If my husband and I had come just us we would have hit the wineries too but we had 3 little kids with us (so next time). Also, the owners have a great sense of style...I found myself trying to figure out where I can find the coffee tables, the chairs, the pillows, etc for our own home (it was all very modern with a Western twist). We would definitely stay here again and only wish we had more time here.

Great house!

We only stayed one night but wished we had booked for longer - it was exactly as pictured and very tastefully styled. My only complaint is the low water pressure in the master bath shower.

Beautifully decorated, clean and spacious, we loved our stay at this stunning property. A true Texan feel with very cozy beds and thoughtful amenities made for a memorable and pleasant stay. Hill Country Holiday

Fantastic

Loved this property! Took my family (young adult sons and wives) to wineries and they really enjoyed the game room, fire pit and jacuzzi as well as the house! Beautifully decorated! Only suggestion is more stools for the kitchen island!

Lovely stay in Fredericksburg

We had a wonderful time at the Burbank House. The place was exactly as described. The house is very well appointed and we had everything we needed. Kids had a blast playing in the game room and smores over the fire pit. We would definitely come back again.
