Great family vacation home!

Everything about our stay here was incredible! From the beginning Erin and Bassel were so helpful - great communication. The house is just as pictured, the pool really is that fabulous! They have the best stocked kitchen of any rental I've stayed in. It's a nice, quiet neighborhood. Quick drive to the lake. There were 8 of us staying but it never felt cramped or crowded in any way. Definitely plan to come back!

MDW 2025

We have stayed in many houses over the years and this was the absolute perfect set up for our family as our kids are now a little older. We traveled with my son and daughter, along with my niece and nephew, and a close family fiend. Plenty of room for all the kids! The girls enjoyed the downstairs suite and all the kids loved hanging out in the media room with games while I made dinner at night. In the evenings, much fun was had with the outdoor basketball hoop in the pool. Location was convenient to both the Safeway and marina! Our host was extremely communicative and we will definitely be renting this spot again!!

There are so many reasons to stay in this home! The house is close to everything we needed (stores, restaurants, and London Bridge/Marina). It was beautifully decorated and clean!!! The kitchen and upstairs living area were spacious and perfect for cooking and hanging out. The living room had a really big and comfortable sectional with plenty of seating. The downstairs area is ideal for anyone wanting a separate hangout space. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (pots/pans, dishes, utensils, spices, and paper goods to name just a few). I’ve learned that sometimes you run out of the basics, so I always bring them along with me. No need to use my own this time! The backyard was the perfect place to relax after long days on the lake. We swam, lounged, and then ate dinner at one of the outside tables (there are 2 to choose from. There were 7 adults in our group and everyone appreciated the comfy beds and well stocked bathrooms. Erin thought of everything (shampoo, conditioner, face wash, body wash, Q-tips, facial pads, plenty of extra toilet paper, etc). I have high standards when it comes to vacation homes and this one exceeded them all! Erin was also quick to respond to any questions we had, and also checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well. We will absolutely stay here again in the future!

Havasu Hacienda

This is the 5th home we have rented in Havasu & by far, the best host we have ever had! Erin was great & accommodating right from the beginning of the process & even checked in with us a few times during our stay to make sure things were going well. The house is spacious, extremely clean & has every amenity you can think of. It was so nice to check in & not have to run to the store right away! Good location near the center of town & decor was even nicer than pictures. We had our family there for a week & they especially loved the pool area. My 8 year old granddaughter sent me a text when she got home & said she missed the pool & Arizona! My 18 yr old granddaughter loved the lounge area & her mini apartment in the basement…very unique for an Arizona home! We cannot thank Erin & Basell enough for such a beautiful stay & will definitely consider renting from them in the future.

Beautiful well stocked home better than advertised!

We had an amazing stay at Erin and Bassel's beautiful home which situated was very close to London Bridge/Lake Havasu Marina. Erin was a pleasure to communicate with and was very responsive and proactive. The house was VERY well stocked with everything one would need in the kitchen, bathrooms, linens, bedrooms, etc. Beds were comfortable and the backyard is huge. Everything is exactly as advertised if not even better. Can't wait to visit again soon!

The Perfect Place to Stay in Lake Havasu!

This is the best place we have stayed in Lake Havasu. The home is decorated beautifully and is clean and comfortable. The pool and backyard are perfect for hanging out and relaxing after a long day at the lake. You can't go wrong choosing this as your next stay. We can't wait to come back!

Best trip of the summer

Definitely a top rated home for a reason. We arrived to a beautiful clean home with plenty of space.That is located in the perfect area to access the boat ramps very easy.everyone in our group loved it. We arrived a day late due to some unexpected things, Erin and her husband both checked in with us to make sure that we where ok. Made us feel like family.They answered any every question that we had and went above and beyond to make sure that my 31 birthday was blast. Definitely staying here again.
