This cottage has it all and then some. 3 bedrooms and they all have their own bathroom. Top of the line appliances and extremely well stocked kitchen with everything you need. The location is ideal and close to all of the Pigeon Forge attractions. Blake is an amazing host and very responsive. Highly recommended!

Kitchen was well equipped with necessities. Bedrooms were a little outdated but the stay was short and it didnt matter much for just an overnight visit. Nice grounds, close to a large stream one street over. FARM-LIKE atmosphere, waking to birds chirping and Geese. Perfect location to Boulevard!! Better than any hotel for privacy and atmosphere

This house was perfect for our stay. It looks small from the outside, but looks are definitely deceiving! It's incredibly roomy, very clean, and oh so comfy. If you want to be close to the strip without hearing all kinds of noise, this is a perfect place to stay!

What a wonderful little gem. The perfect location to everything, in a nice and quiet neighborhood. A very well kept rental and so CLEAN and the beds were so comfortable. It definitely wiill be our go to rental when we are in the area.

This is not a cabin in the woods, nor does it have a view. It is simply a perfect getaway for someone who wants to be close enough to the action in a nice modern home.
