The host was very responsive. We had a misunderstanding of the check out time and Blake was very very understanding. The house location is great for visiting the Great Smokey Mountains National Park or sites in Pigeon Forge. It’s on a quiet street just a few blocks from the main strip. It took only minutes to get to the shows, restaurants and the park. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy cottage. The place was very clean. The cottage is close to everything we wanted to visit. There weren’t many people visiting this time of year, which we found nice.

This cottage has it all and then some. 3 bedrooms and they all have their own bathroom. Top of the line appliances and extremely well stocked kitchen with everything you need. The location is ideal and close to all of the Pigeon Forge attractions. Blake is an amazing host and very responsive. Highly recommended!

The location of this property was fantastic! It's just a quick drive over to the main strip. The beds are memory foam, which was comfortable, but the sheets did not appear to have been washed prior to our arrival (found 20 black hairs on each of the downstairs beds). Thankfully, there is a washer and dryer available. The kitchen pantry and refrigerator had lots of extra food and leftover, partially used, condiments from previous people who had stayed at the property...which was interesting to me as I have never seen that before at a vacation rental. We stuck to eating the food that we brought. The living room couch and matching chair are not the most comfortable, but it worked for us as we didn't spend a lot of time sitting around. Parking is wonderful as it's right outside the front door.

Kitchen was well equipped with necessities. Bedrooms were a little outdated but the stay was short and it didnt matter much for just an overnight visit. Nice grounds, close to a large stream one street over. FARM-LIKE atmosphere, waking to birds chirping and Geese. Perfect location to Boulevard!! Better than any hotel for privacy and atmosphere

This house was perfect for our stay. It looks small from the outside, but looks are definitely deceiving! It's incredibly roomy, very clean, and oh so comfy. If you want to be close to the strip without hearing all kinds of noise, this is a perfect place to stay!

This property is just minutes from the main strip in Pigeon Forge. You couldn't ask for a better location without any concern of poor road conditions. This is not a cabin in the woods, nor does it have a view. It is simply a perfect getaway for someone who wants to be close enough to the action in a nice modern home.
