Check in was easy. The kitchen could have been a little better stocked and organized, but that is not a big deal to me. The place was clean and spacious.

The positives - LOTS of space . That was great. Never a line for the bathroom that's for sure. Beds were very comfortable. And the views were GORGEOUSThe dishwasher handle was falling off and one tv didn't work. It didn't impede our stay at all, but I recommend fixing.The biggest issue we had was there were no amenities included and this was shocking having been to other rental sites. Thankfully we drove so i brought stuff, but no beach equipment , no beach towels, no cleaning supplies, no coffee or foil or anything else, no hand soap... I was shocked about that. I'd recommend forThe price they offer a little more. Especially since on site rentals are pricey!!But the space was great and the view was stunning- so if you don't need all that stuff this spot is for you

Another great visit

This was our family’s second time staying in this condo and we absolutely love it! We love the setup of the condo. It’s very conveniently located on the 5th floor, which has easy access and parking right outside the condo. Which makes checking in and out very easy not having to wait for an elevator. The facility is great with lots of options for all members of the family.

BEAUTIFUL PLACE AND VIEW GREAT LOCATION

This unit was perfect!! I will for sure book this unit again. I was convenient all the way around. The entry door is right near the entrance to the parking garage which made it so easy for luggage being brought to the unit. We always had a parking spot right by the door entry. The place was spotless clean, beautiful, comfy beds!!! Great view, loved it!

We had the most incredible time! What a beautiful condo with stunning views. We had everything we needed and expectations were exceeded! Scott was also an amazing communicator. If we come back next year we hope to stay in the same place!

Spring Break 2025

Great stay at this location. Ample space for two families of 4 to spread out. Owner was very prompt in responding when we communicated. Fifth floor was very convenient. Kids loved the pools even though it was a bit chilly. I didn’t have the chance to use the fitness center but it was spacious with a nice view.

Fabulous Beach Vacation

The view is just fabulous. We love this resort. Great new amenities with an on-site restaurant. Beach has chair service. Condo is so spacious! We love staying here.

Everything went well. Upon arrival we couldn’t park on decks 4 or 5 because they were repairing cracks, which included a constant drill sound day and night for most of the week. We managed ok; there were just a few notes for property owners: the rubber plant and lamp shades need to be dusted, and the jetted tub needs to have a regular jet tube cleaning. It releases black flakes. “ O yuk” product works great.The washing machine makes a horrible noise even when the load is balanced. It rattled so much the dial flew off, and we had to go hunt for it. Kitchen was lovely and well stocked. We appreciated the heads up regarding bringing the necessary disposables like soap and paper products.

Sister's beach week

Positively loved the 5th floor view. Comfortable living room furniture & beds. But we could do better with cleaning the place. I understand the Owner is not the cleaner, but we as renters are paying someone to clean, not noticeable. Putting thataside, we had a greattime for the week

Overall good experience but a few issues.

This is the 4th condo we've rented in Orange Beach over the last 3 years. Overall I was satisfied but it was not our best experience. Overall the condo was clean but kitchen was filthy. Most of the cooking utensils were coated with a powdery residue. The hot pads had half of somebody’s dinner on them. We had to wash anything we wanted to actually use. We washed a small selection and kept that out on the counter to separate it from the rest. The bar/restaurant was closed for the majority of our stay due to planned construction that would have been nice to know about when booking the unit. The sound of a jackhammer woke us every morning which started promptly at 7:30 AM Monday through Friday. I overall the unit was as clean as one would expect, the 3 stars is for the kitchen. 3 stars for the property manager is due to notification of the construction. No doubt they knew about this.

Perfect stay for our baby’s first beach visit with family!

This is a premiere property for those looking for a condo in Orange Beach with plenty of amenities and a great location. Our specific unit 510 was terrific and the owner, Scott, was great.

Early September getaway

Condo was awesome and communication with Scott was spot on. Enjoyed being on the 5th floor really nice parking on 5th floor and walking right in to condo. The oasis bar and grill was closed the majority of our stay bc it was under construction. Did not get to use that perk that we were looking forward to. Only real issue was refrigerator was not getting cold it was cooling to 45 degrees per the laser thermometer I had. I let Scott know and he was willing to replace the refrigerator if it was urgent but I let him know not to worry we would make it work. (Scott had it replaced after we checked out again that was communicated I was just letting him know for future renters). Few little things we noticed but not terrible issues and easy fixes. Kitchen sink and would not get hot or even warm (I let Scott know about this at check out). Cleanliness was decent but could have been better (I did not communicate this with Scott because we already checked in and it was after 4:30pm should have been done prior to check in. Dust on walls noticed it in master toilet room).

Oasis 510

The condo size, layout and furnishings were fantastic. The communication with the property manager was excellent. We had info that we needed, when we needed it. I would recommend a new cleaning service. The glass shelves looked like frosted glass, they were so dusty. Other surfaces needed a good cleaning, stove top, front of dishwasher, and windows.
