Three bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and 2 bedrooms are on the 3rd floor. The master bedroom is a suite with an adjacent sitting room and private bathroom and is open via stairwell to the kitchen below. The house sleeps 10 in 3 king beds and 2 queen beds, and also has a double fold-out sofa bed available in the den to accommodate 1-2 additional guests. The yard features lawns, rose garden and fish pond on one side of the home, and a patio with barbeque, dining furniture and a fire pit on the other side.

You will be renting the entire home, both side patios, driveway, and gardens. You will enter the home via keyless digital lock on the side kitchen door, next to the driveway/parking area. A separate private apartment on the property, with its own exterior entrance, is rented by the host, who is a family member of the property owners.
