Near the Col de Legal where one of the last traditional burons remains, the recently renovated Boudou house of 120 m² offers you a cocooning atmosphere at an altitude of 1000 meters in a small hamlet, set back from the road, quiet. A paradise to rest between hikes (GR 400 nearby) and cross-country ski resort.
You will enjoy a large living room with a stove suspended from the cathedral ceiling, 3 double bedrooms (160), a bathroom, and 2 independent toilets.
Coming the 4th bedroom and its bathroom from March 1, 2024. (consult us for before).
A laundry room provides you with a washing machine.
Equipped with a 164 cm 4K ULTRA HD LED TV with Canal and Netflix, you can enjoy a good movie in front of the fire in winter or play the many board games provided.
In summer, you can use the 1200 m² of land with its hammock, an aperitif area, and our large table for lively meals with a view of the surrounding mountains.
The house is equipped with Nespresso and SMEG appliances; it provides you with everything you need to cook: Magimix food processor, pierrade, raclette, fondue machine, waffle iron, and the famous mandolin essential to prepare the truffade!
Boudou's house is located in a valley ideal for discovering the volcanoes of Cantal, and its magnificent villages a few kilometers away: Salers, Tournemire, Mandailles.

A security deposit will be requested by bank transfer to be made one week before the rental. Each tenant will receive a small explanatory booklet before their stay with more details about the property.
Possibility of providing household linen with the option of a bed made on arrival at 10€ per room (bed linen, towels and dish towels).
End-of-stay cleaning with mandatory covid disinfection at 90€ - additional cost 10€ if pet
