This condo has 3 bedrooms 2 bathroom. Is on the ground level, and is located In the community of Somerset Villas in Kissimmee, FL. Master bedroom has a king sized bed and its own full bathroom. 2nd bedroom has Queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds with a walk in closet. The living room has lots of outdoor lighting. Community has a pool, hot tub, tennis court, picnic area, and gym. There is parking in front of the condo. The community pool is a minute walk from the condo. Keyless entry you won't have to worry about forgetting or thinking of where to put the keys while enjoying the amenities of the community, while enjoying the parks or other area enjoyments. The community is off of 192. 10 mins from Disney, and other attractions. Plenty of restaurants and stores near by. When you stay here all you have to worry about is enjoying your vacation.
As a courtesy to our guests we provide start off items which are..
Every trash bin having a trash bag and the kitchen has an extra trash bag..
1 roll of toilet paper plus an extra roll in each bathroom and hotel style toiletries..
1 roll of paper towels
1 pod for the dishwasher
1 package of laundry detergent..
All bedrooms have extra sheets and pillows. Kitchen has everything you need.
Our condo is nicknamed Rockys House.

This was a great stay! We enjoyed every minute. Felt safe, great location! Close but yet away from the business. The host was great! The King size bed was SO comfortable! I want to know the name of the mattress! We were on the bottom floor and it wasn’t noisy at all. The place is very homey. Book this place you won’t regret it. Thank you Lisa and Jon!

Conveniently located to Orlando parks

The condo provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay very close to the Disney World parks! Grocery stores and restaurants are very close, and it took less than 20 minutes to drive to the parks. The owner was very easy to communicate with and helpful. Everything worked out great!

It is a very nice size for our trip! We were 4 women getting together to celebrate 40 years of friendship. Plenty of room and nice to be able to cook and relax before hitting the activities. The beds are very nice. Seemed like very new.

Lovely Condo - wonderful owner

We have family in the area that we visit quite often. We usually rent condos thru VRBO. Lisa, the owner is wonderful! She communicates quickly and is very professional. The condo was great! The pics online are exactly the way it looks. It was super clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for navigating around the Orlando area. We had an issue with the air conditioning but we contacted the owner and it was taken care of immediately. My only suggestion is extra rolls of toilet paper.

Overall everything was great. Clean, convenient and great communication. Only negative was the shower in the master bath did not work but there was 2 showers and only 2 of us so no big deal.

All in all, it was fine. Everything worked and was as pictured. However, there were a couple things that weren't great. There was no accessible thermostat control in the unit and you had to request the owner change it remotely. Since we got in late, that didn't happen till the next day. So, that 1st night was very uncomfortable. Even after they dropped the AC by 2 degrees, it wasn't a huge change. So, if you personally run hot or cold, this may be a HUGE consideration. Also, the bed was comfortable, but the sheets did not seem to fit properly. So, there was the multiple night wake ups to pull the dang sheets back onto the bed! If they're not going to use linens for thick mattresses, at least use the straps or other things they make to prevent this from happening.
Thermostat locked up.
I'll fitting sheets.

There are extra linens, if we knew that you woke up during the night due to the sheets I would've let you know there are extra sheets in the queen bedroom closet. Spacious, comfortable condo in a great location

We are a family of four from the UK and we visited the Kissimmee / Orlando area in order to visit the theme parks. We stayed in Rocky's House for three weeks and used it as our base to visit Disney, Universal, Sea World and longer excursions to Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Center. We found the house to be very clean and spacious. It was equipped with everything that we needed. The air conditioning is preset and locked, but the temperature was fine. The beds were extremely comfortable, especially the one in the queen bedroom, which has a super thick mattress. Our theme park trips took us no more than 15 minutes to Disney, 30 minutes to Universal (with quite heavy traffic on 535 and I4), 20 minutes to Sea World, an hour to KSC and 80 minutes to Busch Gardens. We largely did our self catering shopping at the local Walmart stores - there is one east on 192, which can be accessed via the back roads when traffic is heavier and one on 535, which was on our way back from most of the attractions. Both are just minutes away. We didn't have much cause to contact Lisa during the stay, but she did occasionally check in via the app, to make sure that everything was okay. We will look to stay here again when we come for our next visit.

Disney Trip

Booked this unit for the Mickey not so scary weekend, area is close to everything and also avoid the I4 traffic jam. Communication with Lisa is on point, always able to respond. Unit was clean when we arrived. We were there with a massive storm and the roof started leaking onto the couch, we did have anyone sleeping in the living room area on the couch but it looks like it will need repairs from the outside also. Kitchen had all the necessary supplies along with the towel and toiletries. The AC unit was locked and it supposedly locked to 68, when it gets to cold, it blows hot air to regulate it back to 68 (I think). We as tenant can’t adjust it, just an FYI. The AC also runs loud so be aware. The master bed was the worst, any time you move or roll over, the bed will make so much noise. All in all, we enjoyed our trip. Thank you for leaving us a review. The roof is being fixed at this time by the HOA. HOA takes care of the outside of the community. I apologize for the inconvenience of that. The thermostat for you was set at 68. If you had asked me to change it again I would have to made you feel more comfortable. I am easy to get in touch with as you said in your review, so any text from you stating you need to temp changed I would've done that for you.

Couldn't ask for more!

The moment you walk in, that AC is fantastic! It made us feel nice and cool the whole time. Place was beautiful. I loved the little disney inspired paintings on the wall! Very cute. Beds were super comfortable, I haven't slept that well in ages. My aching back and I thank you. This place truly does have everything your home would have. My family didn't want to leave, we enjoyed our stay so much! I would rent this place again in the future.

Wonderful clean, family-friendly condo!

The condo is exactly like the pictures posted in the listing. It was family-friendly, clean, and comfortable. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out without being on top of each other. The fully equipped kitchen definitely saved money, by not having to go out to eat for every meal. Check-in was wonderful. With the keypad, there wasn’t a worry that you would forget and/or lose your key card. One of my biggest worries when going on vacation somewhere is the bugs that I may encounter. I did not see any, not even a random spider! The clubhouse with the fitness center and pool area was very short walk to the condo, which was great for my kids. It is a short drive to Disney, even though we did not do the Disney thing. There are so many other attractions to visit! The hosts were very quick to respond to any emails I sent prior to the visit. There wasn’t any reason to contact them during the visit, as everything went smoothly. I will definitely stay there again for our next trip to Orlando.

Overall the stay was really good. The location was right in the middle of all our activities we needed to be at. There are some complaints I have to notate. The air conditioner was set and locked up so no one can change it but it kept the house really cold. For it being 85 degrees outside, it was really cold in the house. The towels were kind of old so we went out and bought our own towels. We didn't pack any since we flew and tried to make luggage lighter. There might have been some mold or something in the house as some of our guests was suffering from allegeries really bad in the house. Once we got outside the house, their symptoms subsided. We didn't see any signs of it but they were allergic to something in the house. Overall the rooms, the size of the house was perfect for our group. We came in for a golf tournament and the house accommodated our group comfortably.

We had our honeymoon in Kissimmee and brought the kids every year. We love the area of Kissimmee so much that we decided to buy this condo not only for us and our family but for others traveling to Florida to enjoy.

Wither you are visiting to enjoy all the parks or coming to
relax I hope you enjoy your stay, relax and enjoy the sun. The
community has a pool, picnic area with grills, and a gym all with no extra cost to you. There is lots to do around here. The great city of Kissimmee is always building wither its a new hotel or store. There's always something new to see. The condo is also close to Celebration which is a cute town if you want to get away from the tourism. We are off 192 which has restaurants, and lots of stores. Not only are all the parks close by, there is also Old Town which is 5 minutes up the road. Downtown Kissimmee isn’t too far and there you will find a lake, splash pad, 2 playgrounds, and plenty of space for picnic or to run around. There are also little restaurants to eat at that are not food chains. Disney Springs is also close by. There are beaches to enjoy as well, Daytona,
Cocoa Beach, and Clearwater.
