Cozy Luxurious Carriage House with King size bed, plush bathrobes, wrap around white leather couch, dining area/kitchenette, mid size and also a small refrigerator /freezer,small oven, microwave,new washer/dryer and private bathroom. Steps away from Watercolor Tennis & Pickleball Center featuring Har-Tru tennis courts, 5 communal pools including access to the Watercolor Beach Club and Pool. Boathouse is a 10 minute walk .Publix and shops just a 5 minute walk. 5 minute ride or 15 minute walk/ bike ride to the most beautiful beach, restaurants and retail shops . A Car is not needed there is a free shuttle that runs throughout the development and Publix. 2 Yolo Beach Bikes are available for use.

Cozy and comfortable. Beautiful guesthouse to return to each evening. Will be back! Wonderful host.The big pool at the Watercolor Beach Club was dirty and closed for much of our stay. Disappointing.

This was our second time staying at this carriage house. It is clean, comfortable and a perfect place in watercolor for a couple. Communication with the owner is excellent. Highly recommend.

Great place for a couple

We loved staying at this carriage house. Tom was easy to communicate with and the house was perfect for us. It's clean, comfortable and quiet. I highly recommend and would like to rent again.

My husband and I came and stayed for my birthday this year and this property was 10/10. Tim was absolutely lovely and quick to respond. Carriage was clean and precious and location was perfect!!!!

Absolutely Amazing! Tom & Leslie were amazing hosts and would respond promptly to anything we needed. We loved our stay and it is perfect for a couples get away. Easy 2 minute bike ride or walk to the grocery store and easy 10-15 min bike to the beach or Seaside square. The setup of this room is awesome. I don't think we would change a single thing! Highly recommend and we will be back next year.

Great Stay at Coziest Guesthouse by the Beach

This is a great property for a couple visiting Watercolor! The bed and bedding are fantastic, the small kitchenette is fine for two and the sitting area, bathroom are all well maintained and nicer than any high end hotel. Grocery and some restaurants are within walking distance which is a bonus.All Watercolor access is why you go to Watercolor and the WC Beach Club is one of the best, if not the best on 30A. WC Trolley was great and we never waited more than 5 minutes for ride to the beach club. This a great cottage! Highly Recommend!

Fantastic vacation!

We spent spring break week at the carriage house. So much to do in Watercolor and surrounding area. Highly recommend 30A and Tom & Leslie’s property. Two bikes provided and two wristbands for beach club. Be sure to inquire about best restaurants in area - excellent recommendations!

Perfect stay in watercolor

Cannot recommend this house enough!!! It was truly perfect. The house came with the best accommodations and Tom was a great host. We are eager to come back soon!

A short vacation stay with my son and his family and friends staying at a house close by.

Superb location close to everything. Great for one or two people who don’t plan on spending time inside but outside in the spectacular Watercolors amenities. Comfortable bed wonderful shower, nice comfortable sofa and table and chairs. A short one and a half block walk to ample parking.

Perfect size for 2

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Watercolor and were very pleased with the accommodations. The place was clean and welcoming and we had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the two bikes that were available for our use. Would highly recommend and look forward to a visit in the future.
