Welcome to our family-friendly home in Wilmington, Vermont! Perfect for group getaways. Our home offers a blend of comfort and convenience. Just a short walk from Wilmington's charming downtown, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and groceries. Mount Snow is only a 12-minutes away, making this an ideal base for both winter skiing adventures and summer hikes. Whether you're here for outdoor fun or cozy nights by the fire pit, our home is ready to make your Vermont getaway unforgettable!  Walk out our front door and get on the Moo-ver bus system to get to the mountain, Brattleboro and Bennington.
Let the kids enjoy the play spaces while the adults entertain in the spacious kitchen, living room and back deck!

Two full bathrooms — one with a tub/shower combo and one with a custom tiled walk-in shower.
Each bedroom includes privacy blinds, luggage racks, full-length mirrors, and closet or wardrobe space. The kids’ room even has bunk beds!

-Open-concept main level with a full kitchen, dining space, and a cozy living room featuring a 65" TV and electric fireplace.
-Step out to the large porch for meals or relax on the back deck with The Hot Tub, Adirondack chairs, a picnic table, propane grill, giant checkers and fire pit.
-Upstairs Game Room includes air hockey, table-top arcade games, Nerf guns, and access to the balcony for some fresh air fun.
-Kids will love the swing tucked at the top of the backyard’s hill!

The house was very clean, warm, and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed to chef up meals. The bedrooms were comfy and the play areas for the kids were great!!We loved getting outside (in the -5 weather) and playing in the snow in the backyard and relaxing in the hot tub. We saw 6 deer in the trees behind the house too!The owners were super responsive to all outreach/messages. Thank you for a great stay!

Annual friend and Family getaway

We rented the Wilmington Family Retreat for a getaway among mine, my brothers and a friend's families. 6 adults and 6 kids under 7. This house was beautiful and was more beautiful than the listing made it appear. It fit all of us with room to spare and there was plenty to keep the kids occupied while we were at the house. The kids particularly enjoyed the mortal combat game and the nerf toys. The attic room was a nice bonus space for the littlest ones to play or to have an alternate movie going. The hot tub was wonderful and very clean and everything in the house appeared like it had been very recently updated.The Wilmington Downtown offered more than we expected during Mud season. Between some of the small shops and the restaurants available, we had plenty to keep us occupied. The timing of our stay did not coincide with Mt. Snows winter or summer activities, but I can see that being a nice added attraction for a return stay. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for something in the Wilmington VT area.

Excellent Stay

Quick ski weekend, but this house is perfect. Great location and set up. More than enough room. We were two families of four each. Could have easily had another family join us! The location is great about 15 minutes from Mt. Snow, but in the center of town. Perfect!

Best winter trip ever!

Stayed here with a bunch of family and friends for a winter weekend and had the best stay. House was incredible and Erika and Casey thought of everything!! Most comfortable stay at any rental. Definitely want to book here again!!

Vermont Weekend Getaway

We (6 adults, 3 kids and 1 infant) had a wonderful weekend at this house! It was spacious, clean and the hosts had great communication. The home itself was very family-friendly with a hot tub, air hockey, and games available. The loft was an added bonus that we only knew about due to reviews but which the kids LOVED. The beds were very comfortable and the showers had great pressure. There were so many plates, utensils and glasses/mugs which is really appreciated when you're traveling with a big group. We had such a great weekend escape for my moms 70th birthday - we barely left the house and had a perfect time!

Thanksgiving with the family

We stayed for Thanksgiving week. The house was more than big enough for our group of nine. The open kitchen/living room/dining room worked great for preparing and eating Thanksgiving dinner together. My wife identified an issue with the outdoor gas grill; the hosts had the grill replaced quickly and we were able to use it as planned. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Family getaway

We had a group of nine and had a great time. There are so many wonderful features including a fully stocked kitchen, activities for kids and an awesome outdoor area to hang out and relax. Would highly recommend this house.

Walk to town

We were 10 family members attending a cousins wedding. We loved all the sleeping spaces the kitchen and the bathroom rooms were updated clean and nice. We could walk to town for breakfast or across the street for forgotten items. The neighborhood isn’t beautiful but once inside the house or looking at the backyard- it’s easy to forget that

Great place!

We loved our stay here! The kitchen is very well stocked with basic necessities! We were impressed with the welcome basket and large list of suggestions to check out in the area. The house is very well kept and maintained! There is a large beautifully finished attic not included in the pictures with 4 twin beds and a queen bed along with children’s toys and books. What a pleasant bonus! Short walk to shops and restaurants. We loved everything about this beautiful place! One note- the driveway is pretty steep getting in and out of but fine once you are up. Would definitely highly recommend if staying in Wilmington!

Great stay

Beautifully updated home with plenty of space! The bonus lost area had five beds I’m sure kiddos would love it up there! Even adults who don’t mind the climb or ducking through the doorway you can still and stand and move comfortable up there! Kitchen living are is spacious for 10 adults probably even more!

The house was clean and very well appointed. Lots of little details like a coffee bar were a really nice touch. Owners were super responsive to our booking request and questions. They outreached to check that everything was going well with our stay. We will be back!

Shabby Chic Ski House

The house is recently renovated, clean with comfortable beds, and conveniently located near Mount Snow. We had 4 couples that each had their own bedroom, a twin bunk bedroom for the girls, and a loft with a playroom and beds for the boys. We would definitely stay here again!

30th birthday winter getaway

We enjoyed our stay in Wilmington ! The house was cozy and clean. The town is so cute with many delicious restaurants in close proximity. Highly recommend staying here !

We have been hosts since June 2019, when we launched our first property in Colrain, Massachusetts. We have just finished renovating our second property in Wilmington Vermont. We both grew up in the Shelburne Falls area and met in 2005. Both working in jobs that served the community we have always enjoyed what the Falls has to offer locals and tourists alike. Some of our favorite places are Chapel Falls, the High Ledges and Berkshire East Mountain. This area has some of the best small-town charm someone can be looking for in a weekend or holiday getaway. Restaurants, shops, outdoors and adventure are all some of the reasons we love this area and decided to stay and put down our own roots.
Blessed with two girls, Logen and Lexie are growing up in the same community, attending the same schools and enjoying the same places we had growing up.
We love hosting families and groups at our homes! It's our way to promote tourism and give others the ability to come and share the area and experience everything that this neck of the woods has to offer!

Newly renovated home with more than just the usual comforts!
We are calling it 9keysvermont after its previous owner who was a career locksmith in town.  As well as it's 9 interior doors adorned with old keys and being located on Route 9 in Wilmington.

You and your family and friends will love this property and all it has to offer, as well as it's location to the town center, mountains, hiking trails and water sports.   2 floors of living, deck, balcony and porch allow more space than any large family or group could need.  You won't be tripping over each other in this home!

One King bedroom and bath on the main level renovated for future wheel chair accessibility.
The first floor bath is curb less, with a teak fold-down bench and hand-held shower head.
Four bedrooms and a two full baths on the upper level.  
One bathroom includes a tub/shower the other has a custom tiled enclosure.
Digital lock for check in.  
Off street parking for 4 vehicles max.
Main level includes full kitchen, dining, living room with a 65" TV and electric fireplace.  Large eating porch and rear deck with seating, fire-pit and propane grill.
 Internet with WIFI.  Our home has Netflix, Hulu and Disney Plus.
The second floor game room has an air hockey table, twin bed and access to the rear balcony.
Also included are toys, books, microwave, double toaster, blender, griddle, coffee pot and tea kettle.
Our home is perfect for families!  
Let us take part of the stress away for you.  Included with the home is a highchair, children's' toys and some other small essentials.  
The second floor bath has a tub/shower for relaxing or bathing the kids.  
The first floor bedroom has a king bed and wardrobe.
The kids room has bunk beds.
The front porch includes seating and a dining table.
The yard has seating for 12 and a propane fire pit. (Seasonally)
The rear yard is not flat, but slopes up to the ear property line.
At the top of the hill is a rope swing which will keep the kids busy for hours.
