This large 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit feature a Master bedroom with a Queen bed and a master bathroom with over-sized jetted tub and shower combo. The upstairs bedroom has a King bed and a private bathroom with shower. The comfy living area has a queen sized sleeper sofa with a cozy gas log fireplace and a flat screen t.v with dvd player. Cable t.v. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials you will need to cook for your family! The adjoining dining room has a large table with chairs. The sliding glass door opens to your private deck with gas grill and patio furniture. Everything overlooks beautiful Fall River where you will most likely see Elk, Deer, Bighorn Sheep, Marmots, etc. right out your window! Listen to the river as you fall asleep! Wifi, games, movies, free river fishing!

We had a wonderful stay! The unit was spotlessly clean, super comfortable, and looked just like the photos. The host was very responsive and check-in was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice condo next to beautiful creek for our stay in Estes Park. Location is very convenient to town and to RMNP. Was perfect for our family of 6.

Condo was clean and well maintained. It was very relaxing to be able to sit and listen to the river and the rain. My husband was very pleased with the surprise of having morning coffee with the young elk resting below the deck in the morning.

Onsite Management Absent / Remodel Issues

The property suited our needs, but the stay could have been better. 1) The onsite staff was non-existent. Only there 9-4, and with check-in after 3pm you don't see them. 2) The property remodel was strange. Odd Placement of items in bathrooms. One person Kitchen. 3) No daily service, yet they ask for a cleaning tip in the check-ing packet.

The place overall was nice but the pull out couch was not functional and two of our members ended up sleeping on the floor for two nights. Other than that the accommodation was good. Tight fit for 6 people but perfect for 4.

Perfect getaway in Estes Park

Fantastic location, only a few minutes from downtown Estes Park, but tucked away in nature to make you feel like you’re miles away. The cabin was clean and spacious, perfect for what we needed!
