Book your next getaway at this newly remodeled, first-floor condo located near the front of the complex, a short walk around the corner to the shared pool, hot tub, and grilling area. It has an open floor plan accommodating and intimate for a couple with coastal chic décor carried throughout. The living room is comprised of an electric fireplace, recliner, large modern couch with a chaise, made for relaxing and watching movies or sports on the wall-mounted TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Try out your culinary skills in the kitchen, furnished with new stainless steel appliances, quartz counter space, a Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. Savor your meals at the modern dining table with seating for six. There is additional seating at the bar for four. Sip your morning coffee on the patio while taking in the Bay breeze. Take in the master suite which has a King-size bed, nightstands, closet, chest for your beach attire, and wall-mounted TV. Read a book in the corner sitting area with two comfy chairs to curl up in. The full bathroom has a large vanity area with a sink and tub/shower that can be accessed by both the bedroom and kitchen area. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach. (*No washer and dryer in unit*)

Get away

It’s a great place. Excellent location with great amenities. Host is very professional and friendly. Only think I would like to have next time access to washer and dryer. But overall it was awesome.

Condo was spotless on arrival, easy check in, communication with agent was easy. The condo is conveniently located to restaurants, ferry, and not far from the beach.

So Clean and quiet!

We've been staying in a few different condos around the island on each of our vacation and this is by far the best yet! Exceptionally clean, organized check in and check out, quiet. One con we experienced is a shortage on towels, we had only 1 hand towel and 1 floor mat. Luckily we had our own so it did not effect us much. Can't wait to book again!

Very nicely decorated and comfortable. well supplied. We enjoyed the stay

Overall the condo was great. I would suggest upgrading the bed pillows, they were like cotton balls. The property pool area was a major issue. Dirty, broken tiles in the pool itself, broken hand rails, broken hot tub. it's a law suit waiting to happen.

Very cute!

Loved the apartment! Really cute and nice! I would definitely stay there again if I was better prepared. I was kind of disappointed that we didn’t have access to the washer and dryer even though we were there for a few short days. With the salt water and sand, it would have been nice to wash our clothes and towels for the next day. They also do not have cleaning supplies to disinfect after cooking. So, make sure you bring your own. The floors are very thin and can hear every footstep loud and clear. Despite those few things, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!

Place was clean & check in was easy. And walking distance to a laundrymat and several restaurants. Only issue was bed frame was busted when we arrived and I had to prop it up. Not sure if owner was aware.

Perfect Spot!

Nice place and the pool was great as we were in town visiting grandchildren. Had a hiccup with checking in as they did not have my cell number to text instructions to and blamed VRBO but once that was resolved..no other issues and would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

Great place and great stay. We booked for a full 7 days and the only small disappointments were only being given 2 rolls of toilet paper for 7 days and and not finding a couple of complimentary Keurig K Cups to make coffee. We arrived with traditional filters and ground coffee.

Great stay in great location.

Our stay in Port A was awesome. We will definitely return. The condo was perfect and in walking distance to many of our favorite places. The only issue we had was we had to call for the code to get into the place 1/2 hour past check in time (and this was after several text messages the day before and morning of).

Overall excellent area and condo was clean. Everything was close nearby. My only negative was when I got into the condo complex at night, I had a problem locating the unit because it was too dark and the unit letter was on the stairs. Other than that everything was great and would definitely recommend this condo project.

Disappointed

Dirty rags left in shower from previous cleaning, non-functioning, broken utensils, had to use my own can opener. No broom or dust pan in condo. Called office about broom and can opener, was told one would be brought to place, never happened. I called 3 times. Poor response by office to bring necessary items. Leg I’m bedrooom blue chair was loose, crooked, seemed broken to me. My youngest daughter almost fell to the side while trying to sit in chair. Furniture should be inspected before being used by visitors. Outdoor furniture was rusty, not conducive to sitting on. Nothing comforting about sitting in porch with rusted furniture. There should have been better detailed inspection done to place before making it available. It’s a beautiful condo that wasn’t prepared properly for guests.

Perfect Beach Condo

I booked this condo for 2 adults for a week, it was perfect! Close to the beach, stores, bars, etc. The community pool was nice. The condo itself had everything we needed; it was comfortable and clean.
