The 1,100 square foot patio more than doubles the communal space on the main floor. Whether you are enjoying dining al fresco, sipping coffee or wine in the adirondack chairs, or wiping away all cares in front of the wood burning fireplace, the patio is bound to be the place you gravitate towards!

Enjoy listening to your favorite music on the whole house (both indoors and outdoors) Sono's based audio system or catch your favorite movie or sports team on the smart tv in the living room.
