Enjoy the peaceful river-front and stunning mountain views of this luxurious escape. Nestled along the bank of the Snoqualmie River (North Fork) and the granite slope of Mt. Si, this home offers endless options to explore nature. Soak in the large, jetted spa or dine on the deck while relaxing by the river front with stunning Mountain View’s. Venture out to any of the local hiking trails. Try some local wine-tasting or excellent coffee houses.

The space
Open concept living, dining, kitchen area with 2 guest bedrooms, and beautiful master suite with secluded office tucked privately off living room. Gas fireplace provides glowing heat and ambiance.

Extensive deck offers seating and stunning views of Mt. Si and the Snoqualmie River. Traditional cooking firepit gives the experience of camping, but with all the convenience of home.

Back yard with fire-pit.

River's-edge deck with outdoor dining set and heater.

Main Deck with outdoor seating and 7-person jetted spa hot tub.

Gazebo with barstools and gas grill.

Garage with Ping-pong table and Dartboard.

Large community field across from driveway available for gathering or games.

We have taken great care in creating a perfect vacation escape. The warmth of the materials reflects the natural surroundings of cedar and granite. It's clean and bright while warm and inviting. We invite you to enjoy our favorite place. ❤

This property is located 10 minutes from Snoqualmie Falls and 30 minutes to Snoqualmie Pass Ski Slopes

NOTE: Adjacent building has an apartment and garage that is occupied by a full-time resident who keeps an eye on our property. The only shared space is the driveway. We ask for no parking in front of that garage. Thanks! 😊

My family and I had a very memorable and enjoyable stay here. The property matched all the listed descriptions, and the mountains in the background of the river was an excellent touch. The host responded to any messages and questions promptly. I would recommend this retreat to anyone.

The good: hot tub was nice and big. House very clean and a fun layout. Bathrooms are really nice. Overall, a great place to stay.The not so good: a lot of the appliances didn’t feel like they worked. The kitchen faucet was splashing water everywhere, the kitchen freezer took forever to even chill anything, the outdoor grill was very dirty and didn’t have gas.The bad: the owner didn’t provide a passcode to the house prior to arrival and it was a very nerve wracking process contacting VRBO support or trying to get in touch with the owner. Just a glitch that made the check in less smooth then I wanted it to be.

The host was difficult to work with and refused to refund even though roads to the property were on high alert and warnings due to floods and landslides were active throughout the area. I would not work with this host again.

The location was convenient and beautifully scenic. The house is cozy and well-laid out for a gathering: comfy furniture; well-stocked kitchen; warm and welcoming dining table, well placed decks to enjoy the river and mountain views. We loved the fireplace and the hot tub. The host was responsive when we had questions or requests. In the spirit of self-reliance, though, a more detailed guest instructions book, vs. a one-page general instructions sheet would have been appreciated. There was a little too much time spent trying to figure out how certain things worked. Overall, we had a wonderful long weekend retreat and would like to return!

Lovely place. Would love to come back when the weather was nice. Was very clean and beds were comfortable. I d give it 5 stars but we did have issues with a garbage disposal that didn’t work and couldn’t get the ice maker to work. Host tried to get these fixed but it didn’t work out.

This property was fantastic! Set in a beautiful, peaceful location with stunning surroundings. Saw many deer and the river was nice. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, and the entire place was quiet and relaxing—exactly what we needed for a perfect getaway. Highly recommend!

Wedding trip

We were in town for my daughter's wedding at Treehouse Point. The River Retreat was in a good location for us. We loved the views of the mountains and the river out the back door. The Retreat was very comfortable and clean. It feels like you are miles away from civilization yet the City of North Bend is a few minutes away with all the conveniences of shopping and dining. The River Retreat is a great place to stay!

A peaceful retreat

The Snoqualmie River Retreat was the perfect spot for my friends and I to relax, catch up, and decompress after days full of activities and fun. North Bend is a quaint mountain town with many options for outdoor adventures and good food & drinks to refuel.

Beautiful spot for a getaway!

Really lovely stay at this house right on the river. Gorgeous views outside, a cozy fireplace inside. Comfy beds. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean, plenty of towels and some common pantry items were handy. The front door lock was a little bit temperamental but we figured it out. The hot tub was hot and and large, however it did foam up quite a bit with the jets on and probably needs a cleaning. Just a 10 minute drive into North Bend. I would definitely recommend this property for a small group getaway.

All we were looking for and more!

Wanted to reconnect with our granddaughters and their significant others. This property checked all the boxes. We had a wonderful time relaxing and having fun! Plus lot's of places to keep all our electronics plugged in!

Wonderful property for a weekend getaway! Set right on the river with privacy to enjoy the relaxing space. The house was stocked with everything to cook so we didn’t even need to go out. Highly recommend!

When ever you find a gem you want to keep it, hid it and hold it. This place is a gem! Sit by the open fire pit in the backyard, jump into the large out door jacuzzi spa, walk 25 feet down to the river and dangle your toes in the cool running water. Feed apples to the deer, and her babies as they walk by your backdoor. Quiet is an under statement! The scenery is so gorgeous its breath taking looking up from backyard, sitting around firepit and adirondack chairs to the spectacular mountain peaks, so close you could walk there. About a 10 minute drive to small town of North Bend for groceries, small restaurants and local businesses. House fully equipped (washer dryer, TV, games, coffee maker, spices, wood for firepit, etc....) If your looking for a special place to stay this is it.

Wonderful Stay at Snoqualmie River Retreat

We had a fantastic stay at the Snoqualmie River Retreat! The property itself was even better that the pictures. It was clean, had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, and truly felt like a home away from home. The location was ideal and close to wonderful towns with plenty to do. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the Seattle area!

Beautiful home and location

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home on this amazing property. The beds were comfortable and the house was perfect for our party of 4 adults. The only thing that was hard for us (coming from Florida) was that there was no AC and it got warm in the home. It cooled off quickly as the sun set, though, and we were hiking during the day so it was fine. The owner was easily accessible to handle a couple of issues during our stay. The outside area is amazing to relax and have coffee in the morning and wine at night. My husband was able to fly fish in the river behind the house and caught a few trout.

Lovely river retreat

Truly enjoyed our 4 nights especially with the constant river flowing. Owner’s were traveling so a few answered were delayed. Nothing could deter our love and enjoyment of the house. Highly recommend for a couple wanting to lounge and spend time together. We plan to return!

This property is special in every way! We have taken careful steps to maximize the view and enjoyment of the river. The sounds of the water and seeing it rushing though the channel in high-water time is amazing. In the Summer it's current slows down to enjoy swimming and fishing. And the view of Mount Si with the river below is simply magical at every moment! It's truly our favorite place.

This home is so private and secluded; a perfect escape from the crazy pace of life. When you check in here, you can check out of life! It's close the the mountains for skiing, hiking, mountain biking, etc. The summer offers a host of activities such as blueberry picking, paddle-boarding or kayaking on local lakes or rivers. Even on rainy days there's plenty of fun to be had in the game room garage with dart board, ping-pong table, corn hole, and even a big screen TV to catch your favorite game!
