Very basic but comfortable accommodations.

Best Suited for younger people that are able to carry their luggage upstairs through Gates and type in codes.

Great location, clean and bright

This location was excellent for a beach weekend. The condo was clean, well kept, and had everything we needed. It also felt safe and the pool area was clean and had excellent lounge chairs and was not over crowded. Bed was comfortable and living room area had space. Communication was great with property manager.

Great location and good for two people

We loved the property and location. A few suggestions for our unit would be to have a kitchen towel and rag. Also, a broom and dustpan or small vacuum would have been great to get sand off floor. The listing said pull out chair and a half, but had a blow up mattress which didn’t affect us this trip. Perfect spot for two maybe three people

False Information in the Listing and No Customer Service

The bed covering was stained, the fan in the room was rusty. It was such a big disappointment compared to other units in the same complex that I have stayed at. The details about the properties amenities where incorrect, i.e. there was no second bed.

Coastal

The ocean side of property is great with good acess to the beach. The overall of the place is run down and dirty. The fire alarm went off 3 times while we where there. The acess code to our front door did not work from the start . There is no one on the property that can help so keep all text and phone numbers. There was no broom in our unit and the floors are really sandy after one day. Our shower was full of sand when we arrived. I was alittle disappointed, but the beach is beautiful.

Disappointing

Location was great. Accommodations were not. Pictures can be deceiving. Very dirty place. Linens on bed were stained. Cleaning staff tried to rectify the linen issue only to give us another stained set. When I went to change the sheets, the mattress pad was gross. Every surface in the unit was sticky and dusty. Appeared that dishes in the cupboards were not cleaned before put away. Bathroom was a mess. GFI outlet near the floor. Water leaked out of the shower via an ill fitting door. Smelled of mold. Lots of water damage. Furniture was sparse, stained couch and broken table with two stools. Nothing in the place to clean with or do the dishes. Ran to Walmart and bought cleaning supplies. The only good thing was that after a one night stay which was supposed to be a week, the owner agreed to give us a full refund. Credit was issued promptly. Found a nice place just up the road for less money. So disappointing after booking it 5 months in advance.

Very Convenient location, walk to gas station for last minute needs or walk to ice cream/mexican restaurant for quick bite. Quick drive to Publix, but the biggest perk was that the complex is right on the water. This unit was clean, had fast wifi, and was nice and air conditioned when we showed up. "Patio" area was great to leave our beach items overnight so we wouldn't get a ton of sand in the unit. Assumed the risks of leaving our cooler/chairs/umbrella exposed and reachable on the ground floor patio, but nothing was stolen. Not much kitchen space/utensils at all but totally fine if the extent of your cooking will be preparing sandwiches for lunch or cooking a frozen pizza in the oven. Will likely be returning here in the future

I was somewhat disappointed that the "condo" was no different from a motel room It needed some comfy items to welcome guests the kitchen really needed some updating as well as the dishes pots/pans Missing a lot of items Such as a sink stopper! Pot holder etc Perfect location

Great location, friendly people

We love New Smyrna Beach, and this is a very nice location right next to the beach, with easy access. Everyone we met was incredibly friendly and we had a fun stay.

place needs a deep cleaning

pictures are very deceiving the furniture must have come from college dorm room after graduation. cleaning fee why? I moved the bed to plug-in a table lamp on the nightstand there appears to be at least a years worth of filth under the bed. The same would hold true for the closet cubby. my dirty clothes that I tossed on the floor were filled with lint and dust that hasn’t been vacuumed or mopped in quite some time. why not run to CVS and get a $2.99 extension cord for the night table lamp to reach the outlet or why bother having lamp there in the first place. also beware if you touch the screws by mistake to the light switch cover in the bathroom you will get zapped. The outdoor pool area to this place was a dive very dated furniture much of it sun rotted and just tossed to the side not even removed from the pool area. Not worth the rate I paid even if the cleaning fee wasnt charged to me, but it was.
