Sit down and relax after spending a day exploring Naples, fishing at the Pier or laying at the beach. Charming 1 bedroom 1.5 bathrooms beach home located on first floor. The bedroom is furnished with 1 queen size bed and the living room/den has 2 twin size beds. Bathroom with towels and essentials. Also you will save money with the convenience of making your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen. We offer WIFI and Roku Smart TV.

Perfect place for a mini romantic getaway, family trip, friends getaway or a vacation by yourself. 5 grocery store options within 1-2 miles. Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Super Walmart, and 2 Publix. Very near the house ( less than 2 miles) are Mercato Shops providing plenty of bars, restaurants, shopping, movies and much much more! The neighborhood itself is very safe, friendly and welcoming. It is a pet friendly neighborhood so you will see pet walkers on any given day. Beach wagon and chairs available for you to use.

CLEANING PROTOCOL
We professionally clean the rental before your arrival! In addition, out of an abundance of caution during this time, we've upped our cleaning procedures to make sure we're doing our part to keep everyone healthy and safe. Beyond our regular cleaning, here's what other measures we're taking:

- Our housekeeping team is taking extra time to thoroughly disinfect inside the vacation rental, especially on frequently touched surfaces like doorknobs.
- Hand soap is also provided at every sink!
- All of our sheets and towels are laundered using the highest temperature settings for water to wash and heat to dry.
- Just to be overly cautious, we limit in-person contact with all guests providing self checking with a code to enter the property. We've switched to text messaging and phone calls.

Toiletries
In consideration of the environment, unlike the practice at many hotels - shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, facial tissues, and other toiletries are not included. Hand soap is also provided at every sink. The items provided are designed to get your stay started, but are not intended to last the duration of your stay. Guests staying longer than a couple of days are expected to purchase and replenish their own items that they consume.

The property is an older beach house that is clean and well equipped with kitchen items and beach items. Tge location is superb and the host is absolutely precious and very accommodating.

Like Grandma and Grandpa’s House

This is a classic Florida building with a very “grandparents vacation home we visit on weekends” kind of feel. Great for people with dogs especially.

Awesome cozy beach house less than a mile from Vanderbilt beach!

We really enjoyed our stay here; the Owner was extremely responsive and we had no issues during our time here. The location is great, right next to a major Naples beach and a 15 minute drive to anywhere in town!

Nice place walking distance to be beach

This place provided all we needed for our weekend in the Naples area. The yard was excellent feature as we have our labrador with us. Vanderbilt beach is a gem. Thank you!

Met my needs

Needed a one bedroom, pet friendly place with a fenced in yard. The place met my needs. The house is on a very busy and loud street. The air conditioners in the unit are in-wall units. The bedroom unit is loud , especially when it kicks on. When you walk out into the backyard, the gutter above has holes and the a/c drain water drips right over the door. Also, the grill doesn’t work. Was nice to do a load of laundry in the attached laundry room. The appliances are new and nice. Communication with owners was good. Overall, I would recommend for location if you don’t mind the noise and no-frills

overall a nice place w convenient beach access

The location is excellent. Within minutes of biking to a very nice state park beach. The living area was quite nice, with comfortable and spacious couches, chairs, and beds for guests or children. Some of the bathroom and kitchen space was a bit smaller than I expected, but yet it was very sufficient. The backyard ambience is basic - the back door opens into a basic yard area and a bench and garden-table.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Any issues were resolved promptly with property manager. Good area and walmart is right down the street. Thank you for allowing my family and I to stay at your property.

Good property, great location

Property manager was very helpful; public beach was within easy walking/biking distance and lots of beach equipment provided. Space was clean with all the basics for an easy stay. The two twin beds in the living room do not have a door of any sort separating them from the rest of the apartment (the ad *does* reflect this). Worked fine for us, but if your party was not all on the same morning/bedtime schedule it might be a little more difficult. An overall positive experience.

Ideal location to beach

Easy 15 minute walk to the beach with everything you need and more (chairs, umbrellas, wagons, cooler, bikes, etc.) we didn’t have a car while there, but Walmart and Publix were an easy bike ride away. Mireille was extremely responsive and even had two fans delivered upon request!

Sweet spot in North Naples

Mirielle provided excellent information to prepare us for our stay. They provided lots of extras (beach wagon, chairs, bikes, etc) which was above and beyond what we expected. Wonderful little location walking distance from beach yet close to shops.

Comfortable for family of 4

Cute house divided into apartments on a main road close to the beach. Towels were provided and HBO was a plus. It was comfortable for a family of 4 and the extra bathroom was a plus. Our only complaint was the people upstairs were a bit noisy at night.
