The smell should be addressed before you rent out this property. I read the reviews but never thought it would be that bad. We dealt with it by purchasing a fragrant candle so it didn’t ruin our trip completely. Overall the accommodations were adequate for what we needed for the price. The host did respond quickly and check-in, checkout was smooth. I would suggest you have additional linens for use of futon couches if needed. The outdoor areas were great. Enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit area.

The photos of this space look way better than the actual. We arrived after 7pm on a Sunday night to stay for one night. When we attempted to turn on the gas stove, it would not light and there were no matches available for us to light it the old-fashioned way. Due to our short stay, we did not have the time to request that the stove be fixed. There was no seating for 3 to eat together. The space between the sink and the corner of the shower in the small bathroom was only 1.5 ft wide, so only one of our party could get to the toilet by sliding in sideways. The beds were comfortable enough and the outdoor space was pleasant. Could be a better space if there was a dining area for at least 4 in place of the foosball table. I would not stay here again.

The entire house was so cute and clean! We were only able to stay one night but we got the best sleep as well. A major plus, and surprise, was the mini horse and donkey that greeted us (from the other side of the fence) when we pulled in. My daughter loved that! Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

There are little to no instructions on possible issues needing problem solving such as getting live local television in Roku television. We requested assistance with none coming. WiFi slow to intermittent and impacted trying to mirror my YouTube tv account on television. Hot tub was like barely warm the first night and couldn’t get in it the 2nd. Tried to program to 102 as instructed but the temp wouldn’t stay there. They should also instruct people to start warming it up early before use if it will even warm up?? The house smelled gross walking in. All plug in scent refreshers were empty. The back bathroom has a very narrow space to get to toilet so you can’t be heavy and use it- we are not heavy and it was uncomfortable. Towels are terribly thin so bring your own. Hot tub towels ok. Beds were ok. Kitchen was fine but bring your own ice and there was one hand towel and no rag. No hairdryers so bring those. Nice fire pit out front.

My girlfriend and I visited the Wichitas to celebrate our one year anniversary, and we loved our stay here! The donkey and miniature horse were an incredible perk, and the house was clean, and had everything we needed for a cozy overnight stay.

Great location,the sofa in the big room with the TV was small and not comfortable.

Great location

We booked this place to attend boot camp graduation at Fort Sill. The distance to the base was perfect and gave us a spot where we could just unwind and spend time with family. We also were super close to the cute town of Medicine Park! Highly recommend going to Mama Donato’s pizza for a fun experience and great pizza! Back deck area was nice to enjoy in the evenings. House was clean and host was very responsive.
