The composition of the beds is as follows:<br><br>• 6 double beds,<br><br>• 1 children's bedroom with 1 bunk bed (2 single beds 90×200).<br><br>The villa also offers:<br><br>• An air-conditioned living room with two large sofas,<br><br>• A bathroom with bathtub and toilet,<br><br>• A bathroom with shower and toilet,<br><br>• A bathroom with shower and sink (without toilet),<br><br>• A separate toilet with washbasin,<br><br>• A washing machine and dryer,<br><br>• Free cot and baby chair, on request,<br><br>• 4 parking spaces (other parking available in the area).<br><br>!! Please do not eat in the rooms!!<br><br>Rental conditions:<br><br>• Arrival from 5 p.m., departure at 11 a.m.,<br><br>• Minimum 2 nights (except exceptions outside weekends, contact us),<br><br>• Pets at an additional cost, 30€ per pet,<br><br>• Small convivial parties and background music are welcome; out of respect for the neighborhood, no sound system or shouts outside, especially in the evening. In case of serious nuisance, a deduction from the deposit may be applied.<br><br>Towels are provided (bath and hand towels) and beds are made on arrival; if you wish, bring a towel dedicated to the spa. Coffee pods (Senseo, Nespresso, Vertuo and Dolce Gusto) are provided on site.<br><br>If you can, a small gesture that helps our team a lot: gather the sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases used in one bathroom.<br
