Wonderful and private room with a private bathroom. This is the second time we've stayed here and we loved it just as much as the first time. The hosts are kind and communicate well. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Vegas!

Home Away From Home

Just like having my own little apartment in a quiet neighborhood setting. I felt comfortable coming in late at night. Very pleasant accommodations. The hosts were responsive immediately when I had a question.

Loved our stay here! The place is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Everything was as shown in the pictures and was definitely clean and cozy! Our host was great and super responsive. Will hopefully stay here again our next time in Vegas!

Great stay!

In town for Eagles concert. Wanted a quiet place outside of Las Vegas. We were within 15min of Vegas and similar distance to Red Rock. Enjoyed our stay!

Work Needs to Be Done

Pros: - Great location in Summerlin - Safe/quiet neighborhood - comfy bed - Plenty of outlets to plug in phone/watch chargers - Amenities provided: mini fridge, toaster, microwave, kuerig coffee maker, donut shop k/cups, powdered creamer & sugar, extra toilet paper & q-tips, 2 sets of dish ware provided. Also, shampoo and body wash were provided, though we used our own. Cons: - Bed is way too high. Two step stools are provided but one is child sized. Not safe and flipped over when trying to use. - Room was hot but a stand up AC was piped in through the window, which seemed weird. - Bathroom not clean. Lots of dust bunnies on baseboards and wet marks on walls where towels hang by sink. It honestly looked like it hasn’t had a deep clean done in AT LEAST a year. Admittedly, I am a clean freak, but I would not leave a space this dirty for my guests. I read other reviews and this was mentioned by others as well. - Dust on shelving surfaces - Towels smelled sour, like they were left in the washer for too long before being placed in the dryer. - Dark straight hair left on bathroom floor upon first entry, like floor had not been cleaned well. - Unfinished drywall above entryway door - Unfinished can lighting installation above fridge area - Several lights burned out in bathroom Overall, our stay was just OK. We were here to explore the Summerlin area for possible retirement.

Der Aufenthalt und das Apartment waren ruhig und erholsam. Wer Vegas unsicher machen möchte vielleicht nicht so geeignet. Man kann sich Mikrowellen essen mit nehmen, kochen kann man nicht. Es war sauber,und das Bett sehr bequem aber sehr hoch und man muss sehr groß sein oder über einen Hocker ins Bett . Sehr schön gelegen.

Great little hideaway

This is an awesome private suite for getting away from it all. Clean & quiet with everything you need in a great neighborhood. The bathroom is gigantic and it’s got a microwave, Keurig, toaster, dishes, coffee mugs & flatware. Pro tip- there’s a healthy meal prep place about 10 minutes away where you can pick up fresh meals to go to heat in the microwave as well as restaurants & grocery stores. Bed is comfy and there’s plenty of space to stow your travel gear. It really felt like a home away from home. This is from a local who stayed here while our house was being renovated, but I would come back again just to get away from the hustle & bustle of every day.

The room was just right for us. We stayed 3 nights for a wedding in the area. The only negative for some people might be that the bed was really high although there were step stools on each side of the bed so that wasn’t a problem for us. The bed was comfortable. It was clean in all the areas that matter the most. I noticed areas like the decor and light fixtures were dusty but overall a good stay.

The host was helpful and kind. The place was clean and comfortable. We happened to stay during a terrible wind storm and temporarily lost power. The host was gracious and offered help. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location to explore

We had a lovely visit. This is a great location if you want to explore Red Rock Canyon, Calico Basin, Mount Charleston area, Lone Mountain parks, and have easy access to old Vegas and the Strip. The host is very responsive and the suite is as advertised in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Good value and highly recommended.

Always a comfortable and quiet stay!

We spend the day hiking in the beautiful wilderness surrounding Las Vegas and greatly appreciate the calm, quiet and clean accommodations. Always a pleasure to stay here. Communications are excellent and the casita has everything we need. We will be back!

Quiet and comfy

Delightfully decorated, clean, comfortable. Lisa is easy to deal with. Close to Red Rock and great hiking! Tiny kitchen area, but worked fine for us.

The property was very cozy and clean. Host provided Keurig coffee maker and coffee. Nice quiet neighborhood. Nice shower/tub with amenities. Heater provided in bedroom. Would stay again.

Perfect for our 2 day stay

We wanted to stay away from the strip and this was the perfect location. Quiet neighborhood, clean suite and check in was seamless. TV didn't work and host was quick to fix it. Even offered to refund our money if it didn't get fixed. Thankfully it all worked out. Loved that the bathroom was big and water in shower got hot, not like some other places that are just lukewarm. Also, coffee station was so nice to have, even had the hazelnut creamer we like. Very well stocked in the bathroom as well. One thing I do want to point out is that the bed is extremely high. There are little step stools available but you just have to remember that the bed is high before getting off of it. Highly recommend!!

Our Vegas Stay

Arrived later than had hoped but found the place rather easily. We chose this property because it said it was 10 minutes from the Las Vegas Speedway. It was a little further than that, but the speedway was easy to get to. The place is located in a very quiet neighborhood, but was close enough to various eateries and convenience stores if needed. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Property owner is not receptive

I am Las Vegas local and I know the city well. I have a government job and I had to travel to Las Vegas for work. A week prior to my trip, my schedule changed without my control. I explained to owner and requested a refund, but she denied. She stated she could have booked her place to someone else. The owner wasn't receptive. This is the reality about this small room with NO kitchen. The location is in the west side of city right by the mountain, way far from the city. If you don't have a car, you need to spend a lot of money for transportation. Although this place seems to have a very small fan according to the pictures, which is absolutely not enough to keep the room cold. Houses located by the mountain get the heat a lot more than other locations. Overall, people just care about their money and they don't have any understanding of other's situation. Making money this way is unfortunate.

lived up to the hype

As I eluded to in my final message to the host the night before I left, the rental was clean, in a quiet neighborhood and tastefully appointed. Before I make this next comment, let me preface by saying I'm >70 yo, so getting around using a ride share service probably isn't a deal breaker for younger people. However, I always rent a car so the location of the rental wasn't an issue as far as restaurants, entertainment, buying groceries, etc. That said would recommend to anyone, up to 2 people, that is.
