Come and enjoy this beautiful rental that is centrally located in Eastwood, a quiet Wellington neighborhood. It is perfect for long walks, jogging and cycling. You will be close to everything that the fascinating Village of Wellington has to offer. This exquisite property is fully furnished with a comfortable coastal vibe. This place is attached to the house but it is completely private and has its own entrance.
This, open floor plan, property has been completely remodeled and updated including a brand new kitchen. The kitchen has all new appliances. This place has wall to wall ''wood'' tile that gives a coastal boardwalk feel. The guest will enjoy a spacious master bedroom with a large walk in closet and a gorgeous spa like bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen and a trundle bed. The living room has a comfortable king pull out memory foam sofa bed. If you need to work, there is a full desk. The large screen smart TV is ready for you to sign into any of your streaming accounts.

Garden Hideaway

This guest house sits in a beautifully landscaped side yard and has complete privacy. The space is generous and equipped with just about everything you need for a short term stay. The host is amazing — friendly, attentive and responsive. I will most definitely stay here again.

Such a wonderful visit. Beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and has everything in it you could possibly need. Tiffany is a wonderful host, and I can only hope this becomes a regular place to stay for me to visit family!

What a perfect place and Tiffany was the perfect hostess

We headed to Wellington for a Dave Matthews Concert at the IThink Amphitheater and this beautiful apartment was a perfect location for an Uber to the show. The bathroom was amazing and the queen bed was very comfortable. The bedroom was roomy and comfortable. We had a great stay and would stay there again in a minute. Tiffany was great hostess and very helpful as we had a few last minute hiccups that she helped us with! I can’t say enough great things about this property! Great quiet neighborhood with beautifully maintained houses!

I am sorry to hear that your experience with the TVs made your stay so unpleasant. I work extremely hard to keep my guest's getaway as enjoyable as possible. That is why I came over, the morning after you told me there was a problem, to help solve the TV issue. I immediately, on Christmas eve, replaced the bedroom TV. I hooked it up, signed in to my Wi-Fi, and made sure it was working, so I am a bit confused that it never worked for you. I understand that you wanted to watch local channels and were disappointed that I don't have cable. That is why I also bought a digital antenna for the TV in the living room. I was under the impression that I had solved your issues. Again, I am sorry that your experience at my place was only worth 3 stars. I have since replaced the living room TV too :)

Home away from home

It was amazing to have so much available to us, especially in the kitchen. There were plenty of lovely glasses and plates and everything that you would need to feel like you were dining at home. Our extended stay had us staying thruThanksgiving and we really enjoyed the open, well lit and nicely decorates space. The bathroom feels like a Spa and the closet is walk-in and large. Tiffany thought of all the extra touches ie: sheets, pillows, comfortable blankets, extra hangers etc. The location is also fantastic! Tiffany is great host and easy to communicate with - definitely recommend this place!
