Large and beautiful bright apartment for 4 people, on the 3rd floor in a 6-storey residence in the upper part of St François Longchamp.
Be comfortable for your holidays in our 42m2 apartment with 8m2 balcony. Without vis-à-vis in double exposure South and East overlooking the ski area, the valley and St François.
The residence is secured by digicode. The codes of the exterior doors as well as that of the apartment will be communicated by email or SMS 24 hours before arrival at the apartment.
In July and August, heated outdoor swimming pool reserved for residents (access possible only by badge). The balconies of the apartment do not overlook the pool directly to avoid possible noise pollution.
In winter apartment with direct access on skis to the green slope "La Route du Tour" which leads you to the heart of the resort and to all the ski lifts. The ski lifts, the ESF courses are open from the beginning of mid-December until mid-April.
Living room of 16 m2 with double exposure. Television set. The balcony of the living room is in double exposure valley and mountain without any vis-à-vis.
Kitchenette open to the living room with a window overlooking the valley, with ceramic hob, mini oven, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, electric filter coffee maker n°4, electric kettle, toaster, 3 in 1 appliance (raclette, crepe maker, grill), electric mixer, electric blender.
Bedroom 1 closed by a door with a 160 x 200 bed, window overlooking the ski area without vis-à-vis.
Bedroom 2 closed by a door with 2 single beds not bunked up, window overlooking the ski area without vis-à-vis.
60x60 pillows, pillow protectors, mattress protectors, blankets provided for each bed. There are also 2 duvets 200x200 and 1 duvet 240x260.
Sheets, towels and kitchen towels are not provided.
Bathroom with bath/shower, heated towel rail and hairdryer. Small step stool for toddlers to reach the sink. Baby bath. Potty. Baby cot.
Separate toilet.
Large entrance with 3 large cupboards. One for maintenance equipment (vacuum cleaner, broom, deck washer, mop, bucket, sponge broom). The other 2 cupboards for storing blankets and your clothes.
On the balcony a table and chairs and armchairs for moments of relaxation to the sound of the stream flowing below while enjoying the view.
The end-of-stay cleaning is mandatory by a cleaning company and will be charged 60€. This amount must be transferred to our account 7 days at the latest before the start of the stay.
Closed ski room located on level 2.
In front of the residence, in the winter season, a free shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes to take you to the centre of the resort, to the ski school if you don't want to go there on skis or on foot.
Balneotherapy centre, bowling alley nearby open from mid-December to mid-April and during the school holidays in all areas.
300m away a small centre with SPAR, bakery, a branch of the agricultural cooperative for the delicious cheese of the region, restaurants, a sports shop Sport 2000 Ravoir'Sports.
A family-labelled resort offering many activities and entertainment for everyone in July and August, during the All Saints' Day holidays and in winter.
At the Grand Coin, a few kilometers from the center of the resort, 12 cross-country ski trails (40 kms), 10 snowshoe routes (60kms) in the middle of the fir forests for moments of calm and tranquility.
