Prime Location, Private Loft Apartment. Well-Appointed for Comfort & Convenience

Welcome to your home away from home! Our private 2nd floor 1 bedroom apartment with a separate entrance, sunny open living room, kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, and full-size washer & dryer.

Near Princeton University, restaurants, and historic downtown Princeton. Walk to trains to NYC, Philly, and DC. Minutes to US Rt 1 and area hospitals. Enjoy the home's prime location and quiet suburban neighborhood. Self-check-in, no contact protocols.

Reviews and valid government ID (for each adult on the reservation) are required to book. We do not accept IDs with redacted information. Please do not book if unwilling to submit a valid government issued ID, your reservation will be canceled and no refunds will be issued.

ONE dog (maximum of 40 lbs) allowed. We require a $55 per fee.

This is a great place for my needs -- very private, quiet, convenient. It is in an excellent, central location, with easy parking. It is very well equipped -- with all the essentials plus Keurig cups and tea bags and more! The owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with. This was my second stay and I look forward to more!

Wonderful Hosts, Cute Loft

Hosts were incredibly communicative, attentive, and helpful. The loft is well-appointed, nicely decorated, everything functions well, and the location is great for heading into Princeton or taking a 2 minute drive down the road to the Princeton Junction train station.

Wonderful loft apartment!

Had everything I needed and more for my week in Princeton! Comfortable, spacious, clean and well stocked. The owner was very responsive and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends visiting the area!

Weekend getaway

We had a very enjoyable stay at the property. The loft was cozy, clean and perfect for our stay. Our host had little extras there like teas, coffee, snacks and toiletries which was a very welcoming touch. The area is lovely and quiet and close to area attractions. I would highly recommend this property

This apt is very clean and decorated so nice. The washer and dryer are excellent and every space is functional. The grounds have beautiful shrubbery roses and plants and it is very private and quiet. Just what we needed after the hustle and bustle of selling our house. Very close to Princeton college and ShopRite stores and my husband's job. Hope to stay here again when we visit. The host is very nice and easy to communicate with. I am very impressed with this VRBO I give it 5 stars

Comfortable, attractive, private apartment in great location!

I had a wonderful two-week stay in this cozy, cheerful, comfortable apartment. It is well-equipped and up-to-date re the wifi, the plumbing, the washer-dryer, etc. Adeola is a lovely hostess; communication with her was quick and clear. The check-in and check out processes were easy, and Adeola responded to any questions by text very promptly. The apartment is completely private. The location is central to many area attractions, including the train to NYC and Philadelphia. I would definitely consider staying here again on a future visit to the area!

Wonderful stay close to Princeton

Wonderful upstairs apartment— fully stocked, clean, so many nice personal touches, comfortable bed, and a very kind and helpful host. I didn’t have a car and had to Uber to campus but had no issues with that. Definitely recommend!

Lovely place, good energy, great host

Wonderful, kind host. Lovely loft space with big windows in the bedroom and comfortable sofa bed. Easy and smooth process. No harsh chemicals! Great location in Princeton. Highly recommend!

Absolutely one of the best places I've stayed in. Not only was it super duper clean, it had everything you needed for a home away from home type of stay. Everything. And the communication was top notch. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Especially after staying in hotel after hotel. I wished I had booked a longer stay 😩

Wonderful Stay with a Delightful Host

Flawless experience from check-in to check-out. The pictures really do give you a sense for the space and furnishings. Everything was extremely clean, functional, comfortable, and the location could not have been better for us. Adeola was an absolutely delightful host, very responsive, and willing to go above and beyond to make our stay excellent. We will definitely be back!

Perfect little "home base" for our visit to Princeton!

We LOVED this apartment! It's in a great location on a main drag, and was only a couple miles from our son's place and not far from other attractions and main highways. Adorable, quiet, and cozy, great use of space and nice little touches that showed the owner put special effort into making us feel welcome. We've stayed in lots of VRBOs and this is one of the best!
