It's charming, well-equipped and can accommodate up to 6 people, making it perfect for a holiday with family or friends.
You'll be conveniently close to all amenities and many sites of interest!

This is a charming apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay!
It can accommodate up to 6 people and is composed of two bedrooms with two single beds and one double bed; a fully equipped and functional kitchen; a shower room; and a living room with a television and a sofa bed to relax after an intense day.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television, Iron.
The residence has a nice garden which will be very appreciated during the beautiful sunny days!
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler!
The location of the accommodation is ideal: in the city center, close to all amenities and several tourist sites, namely: the old port (5 minutes walk), the Charruyer Park (2 minutes); the Lantern Tower (4 minutes); the Competition Beach (8 minutes); the Great Clock (3 minutes); the Bunker of La Rochelle (9 minutes); and many others ...
Don't miss to visit the mythical Fort Boyard which is 35 minutes away by car! You can fly over its surroundings during a helicopter flight or sail around it in a sailboat!
The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you! For your daily shopping, you will find a "MONOPRIX" at 3 minutes walk.
