A LOVELY STUDIO IN PRIVATE HOME IN A GREEN SETTING

Come and discover the studio on the casa de l’òliba website. Located at Domaine des Albères in a small hamlet: “les Mas Catalans” 450 m from the swimming pool (open from June to September), the tennis court and the ping-pong table. The studio belongs to a Catalan Mas on stilts which is located 200 m from the entrance to the forest, springs and hiking trails.

The owners live on site. They will be happy to help you have a great stay. You will therefore have part of the top of the Mas: approximately 38 m2 + 20 m2 of terrace + the garden. The view is remarkable from the wooden terrace.

The independent entrance, opening onto a driveway and a small garden, offers additional spaces. The farmhouse is located in a small cul-de-sac: on one level on one side, it offers a loggia and an overhanging wooden terrace on the other side.

Parking for a single car is located right next to and opposite the entrance to the house. Other car parks are located at the entrance to the forest about 200m away.

Enjoy the view, relax in this calm and peaceful place by sitting comfortably on the wooden terrace. Observe the sky quietly. Come and relax at Casa de l'òliba.
A short walk? The entrance to the forest is 150m away, its springs and hiking trails leading to balconies and magnificent views of the Eastern Pyrenees and the Albères which flow into the Mediterranean.

. The included breakfast is self-service and self-service. (Available in the cupboards and the fridge: coffee, chocolate, butter, rusks or cereals, honey or jam, milk, fruit juice or seasonal fruit and/or compote). For your breakfast: we make our own organic bread (spelt, wholemeal, white).

. Towels and flat sheets are not provided (option paid on site 15 euros per/Pers).
The bed is equipped with a mattress pad, a fitted sheet, a bedspread (hand embroidered which must be taken care of) and a very warm blanket. If necessary, we install a large mosquito net on a hoop.

. Access to the tennis court which belongs to the estate completes the rental of the studio.

.We will be happy to give you our tips and advice for hiking around the house. We know the places well, which we have explored ourselves.

.If you rent the studio, you will be the only tenants. And of course, the entire space (kitchen, bathroom, terrace, garden, separate entrance, and parking in front of the house) is for your exclusive use. Only the swimming pool, tennis court, and ping-pong table are shared (for the Domaine's co-owners only).
