We are pleased to offer you our beautiful house for your holidays on the Bay of Arcachon.<br><br>It is on one level and has all modern comforts.<br>Decorated in the spirit of the Arcachon Bay in order to bring you the best experience for your holidays in our beautiful region.<br>The accommodation<br>Upon arrival, this 60m2 house has two private parking spaces.<br>You can access the garden through the gate provided for this purpose. You will find a wooden terrace facing South and East and equipped to take your meals outside. You will also have a barbecue.<br>Opening the door, you will discover an open living space including a living room, a dining room and a kitchen open to the living room. The latter is fully equipped with quality materials and appliances (oven/microwave, induction hob, hood, dishwasher, dolce gusto coffee machine, toaster, etc.).<br>Next to the kitchen, a small pantry is fitted out with a washing machine, and an iron.<br><br>The whole is completed by the sleeping area with 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes.<br>The first has a Queen size bed 160*200 and the second has 2 beds of 90*190.<br>The beds will be ready to welcome you. Bed linen and towels are included.
