This beachfront property in the Hotel Zone of Cancun is the perfect place to enjoy some of the worlds best beaches. The turquoise water and white sandy beaches are a combination for the perfect vacation! The rooms are apartment style units that are located inside a resort. As our guests, you have access to the resorts pool, restaurants, bars, and beach club. The beautiful room has a fully equipated kitchen with microwave, stovwe and dishes, a king size bed and a TV.

When you arrive to the hotel, it is not necessary to check in at reception. Since these are privately owned condominiums, please ask assistance to be escorted directly to your assigned room that has been sent to you in an e-mail. You will find the keys in a lock box outside of the room, the code was also provided in the e-mails.
If you have questions on this process, please feel free to contact us prior to your arrival.

The location is right on the beach. it truly doesn't get any better than this. The unit is very dated (original floor tiles) It needs updating for the dollar value we were charged. The kitchen was not well equipped. We stayed for 1 month and had to buy a few basics like kitchen tong, kettle, larger coffee machine. It has a 4 cup coffee machine which was not sufficient for us. We asked for a small patio table and it was provided immediately. Overall we will not book this unit again however the location of the resort was perfect.

Lovely Stay

I really enjoyed my getaway, the property is literally steps from the beach and transportation was accessible and inexpensive. There was plenty of room for my friend and I, and the sink has great water pressure.

Spontaneous Vacation

This place was AWESOME! Right on the beach, very inexpensive compared to other hotels in the hotel zone, and communication with Julia was always easy and quick. My boyfriend and I took a spontaneous trip to Mexico and we were worried this place wouldn’t be legit, but it is! I would 10000% recommend this place to anyone who’s staying in Cancún!

Great Value Right on Beach

Excellent access to amazing beach and the room itself was clean and had all I needed (including a big jug of drinking water provided by the property team). I wasn't enamored with the restaurants available at the resort and I felt a bit isolated (other properties aren't keen on letting you dine at their establishments if you're not staying there). Enjoyed the beach, the pool, and the reasonable costs though. Would recommend for a certain vacationer.

Everything in room was great. Only thing we disapproved of was the bed. Its very hard. Some beach chairs wound be nice to have too. You have to get up very early to save a chair on beach. They are all taken very quickly.Also a dish cleaning rag is needed for kitchen.

Great Location, Safe Property, but Needs Some MaintenanceThe property is in a fantastic location within the Zona Hotelera—close to beaches, restaurants, and local attractions. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the access control system made us feel secure throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, which added a nice touch to the experience.However, there are a few things to note for future guests. The elevator is positioned between floors, so you’ll need to carry your luggage either up or down a flight of stairs—not ideal if you have mobility issues or heavy bags. The unit itself could use some maintenance: several cupboard doors were missing, and the shower wasn’t properly cleaned (we found hairs upon arrival). These details detracted from the overall comfort.Overall, it’s a safe and well-located property with potential, but a bit of upkeep would go a long way in improving the guest experience.

Good property but sheets were dirty

I loved the property, the check in process, and everything else but the cleanliness of the sheets. There was still remnants of hair and dirt on the blanket and pillow covers. I had to lint roll so much dirt away and was forced to put a shirt over the pillow covers. Honestly it felt very icky sleeping in the bed. That’s really my only complaint, everything else was spectacular.

The room was clean, however we found little mini cockroaches in the kitchen at night time. Communication with host was easy & seamless & the check in process was great. The only thing we weren’t too pleased with was one set of towels & one set of sheets for a 10 day stay & to get anything changed it cost money. The pool is also directly outside the patio. Other than that, our stay was great! Thanks

Great location, hard bed

We had a great time in Cancun, and I really like this location in the Hotel Zone. It's a little south of all the hubbub. The unit was clean and spacious. My only real complaint is that the bed is rock-hard. So hard that I woke up feeling bruised along the side I slept on. But the A/C was cold, the fridge was cold, the pool was clear, and the bar was open. There's even a bus stop right outside to take you up to the party zone for 12 MXN (about 0.60 USD). What more could you want?
