Cozy Cabin with wrap around porch

welcome to your new favorite place! This 5 bedroom 2 bath includes 4 queen beds 1 Twin, 1 California king and 3 regular King bed with 3,700 square feet of living. The master bedroom has a jacuzzi tub and nice big shower.
Cozy and large living space with a nice kitchen big enough to feed any crowd. The living area includes pool table large screen TV with plenty DVDs to choose from. we have puzzles, board games and card games for those who love them!. Also Fire Place out side for those nights that needs smores. The view from the windows and 2,600sqft full wraparound porch will take your breath away. The Bathroom includes shower tub combo, sink and toilet. Towels,soap, shampoo and conditioner are also provided. Each room has bedding and pillows with an extra blanket in the closet. The kitchen has serving utensils and eating utensils, pots and pans and some cooking dishes are in the kitchen. Enough dish ware to serve 12 people, also for dinner seating there is a wrap around bar with the option for two 8feet tables and chairs are available under the stairs, to go inside or out side on the porch. Washer and dryer is available. Just so you know there is no land line, wi-fi or cell phone service at the cabin. We have AC/Furnace for temperature control. While the cabin itself offers the perfect space for private relaxation, nearby you'll find various popular attractions. Fun activities in the area include ATV riding on the famous Paiute ATV Trail, rafting down the Sevier River through Marysvale Canyon and fishing at Otter Creek State Park.

Thirty minutes to the west, you'll appreciate the wildlife at Beaver Mountain and the abundance of fish at the LeBaron Reservoir or Puffer Lake.
Fish Lake is only 45 minute drive to the North.
Also, 55 miles away, but well worth the drive through the beautiful country range, you'll want to explore Bryce Canyon to take in all of the amazing scenery.

Amazing getaway.

The experience was quite refreshing. The house had everything you could need and was quite beautiful with plenty of room. The view was absolutely stunning looking over Otter Creek Reservoir. We will definitely stay there again. Absolutely loved everything about it even the friendly neighbors.

Cabin was great. Location was quiet, View was wonderful and peaceful. Only concerns were that the large U.S. flag whipped in the wind constantly to disrupt the peace and the flood lights on it at night reduced visibility of the stars. Also, it would have been nice if we didn't have to pack out our own garbage. But overall, it was a great experience.

Perfect spot for eclipse viewing!

This place was a perfect basecamp for totality of the Annular Eclipse. The house is beautifu, kitchen was stocked well and the stars at night are amazing. We really enjoyed our stay.

BEAUTIFUL CABIN

We needed to scout the area of Mount Dutton for a hunt coming up later in the year and this cabin was available for our stay. We decided to go in style rather than camp in our trailers. We were glad we did. Coming back each day to a beautiful cabin and hot showers was wonderful. It was adequately stocked and had a beautiful view. Very good value for the price.

Away as advertised

A beautifully kept property, We would have thought one of the baths would be located upstairs. It worked for us but people with mobility problems or or other types of health issues it may present challenges. Hopefully ice maker repaired before real heat sets in. You might consider a paper copy of house procedures and rules left on the counter. Host very thoughtful and quick with answers.

Great place to unplug

The house was great! It was stocked with everything you need to cook, bake and enjoy your time with family. Our only complaint is that the upstairs get pretty warm in the summer. Overall was a perfect cabin for my family of 11.

Relaxing

This place was beautiful. It's spacious and very peaceful. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit while watching the sunset. We rode our ATV's from the cabin around the didn't trials. They had toys for our grandkids to play with as well. Great place!!

Beautiful cabin!

This cabin is beautiful, Clean and comfy, peaceful and quiet. Its perfect! The view over looking Otter Creek, is beautiful! New and comfortable furniture through out. First time my husband has ever taken nap. 10/10 and we will be back.

Beautiful getaway

This property was absolutely perfect for our getaway. The home is spacious and wonderful for our kids that ranged from 1-11. They watched movies and played pool inside but spent a majority of our time outside with the spectacular views! We couldn’t get enough of how gorgeous it is. The wrap around porch and fire pit were a huge hit. Like it was mentioned there is no cell service or internet at the house which makes for a great opportunity to spend quality time together. We went to the marina to get Wi-Fi and check in at home. The lake was fun to take a boat ride and fish and we drove to see some scenic areas and trails nearby. Darci was a wonderful host. Thank you very much for sharing your property with us!

Beyond Expectations

What a beautiful cabin! Awesome views, accommodations, and memories! Thanks for allowing us to use your beautiful space you have created away from it all! The best part was there was no internet and phone service, so we could truly escape from the world for a couple of days, and enjoy each other’s company without distractions only good old fashioned entertainment! The pool table was a hit with my boys! We used the trager for some awesome smoked steaks. We told stories around the fireplace. Everyone raved about the beds! Just an awesome weekend getaway! We did come right after a snowstorm and thank heavens for jacked up Fords and 4x4 or I’m not sure we would have made it, but getting there was half the fun if you’re into mudding! Once the roads dried up a bit, we didn’t have any problems. My dad, brother, and my boys all commented, “Best Weekend Ever”!

Totally Off The Grid!

Although the house is beautiful, it has NO communication services at ALL. No cell, internet, TV or even landline on a 5 mile dirt road that requires 4WD to navigate. We were fortunate it didn’t rain or the dirt road would have been even more muddy. It’s at least 20 minute drive to get cell service. Also, there is no dishwasher and you are expected to take your trash with you even though there’s a cleaning fee. None of this was transparent in the listing.
