We propose to you to the rent, in the heart of the village of Sainte-Marie-au-Bosc, this charming atypical house of a surface of 70 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room, an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room. You can enjoy a garden of about 300 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
Downstairs :
- A kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine, filter coffee maker...
- A laundry room with sink (washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron)

1st landing :
- An entrance with cupboard
- A bathroom with shower, WC

Intermediate landing :
- A living room with dining area, sofa bed, TV

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1 : a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2 : a pull-out bed (two single beds). Ideal for children
The rooms are separated by the landing (no door)

Outside :
- A beautiful fully enclosed garden (for animals) of 300 m² facing southwest fully enclosed
- Two terraces: a 12m² terrace at the entrance of the house with garden furniture at disposal (table, chairs, parasol) and a barbecue. A second terrace of 9m² in the garden

The house is ideally located in Sainte-Marie-au-Bosc, in a very pleasant environment. You can benefit from about 3 km from all the essential stores but also from boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- The cliffs of Étretat located at 6 km.
- Fécamp located at 27 km (33 minutes by car).
- Honfleur located at 40 km (40 minutes by car).
- Le Havre located at 23 km (30 minutes by car).

Activities :
On the Alabaster coast, Etretat is famous for its majestic cliffs. By staying in this house you will be able to discover the city and its surroundings through various activities.

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private garage of the house that can accommodate one vehicle, possibility also to park inside the courtyard fully paved ideal for motorcycles.
