Cozy Little house in South

We have a cozy little apartment which is warm and welcoming. It has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to four guests. It has all the modern amenities including hot and cold water, AC unit, full kitchenette and a compact little dining area. It also has a laundry area with washing machine and a little power generator. The apartment is located in South Ruimveldt on a cul-de-sac street that is pretty quiet and does not have a lot of foot traffic. There are multiple fruit trees in the back yard and a parking pad at the side of the house that can accomadate two cars.
