The big draw to this property is how overly pet friendly it is! Some say it even caters more to dogs than to people. Onsite services include FURology Paw Spa & Retreat offering dog-sitting and grooming services. We also have a great pool area and sundeck for guests to enjoy.

THINGS TO KNOW
All Oceana Resort properties are equipped with one or more rental boxes. Our guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. THINGS TO KNOW
There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great Accommodations on the Beach!

We loved being able to walk right out onto the beach! The hotel staff are very friendly and informative. The location is great in a more laid-back area of MB. The property is dog-friendly, which was great for us in the past. We have stayed here three years in a row and we love this property. Very much worth the cost of staying right on the beach.

Whatever you do don't listen to the bad reviews- this place was great. A great family value! Clean rooms, nice heated pools. Close to Walmart and resteraunts. Can't go wrong for the price! No bugs

No smoking means even balconies simply put u can’t use the loony cause they let people smoke weed on the balconies for 3 days we reported proved it with photos of the stuff in their balcony nothing was done vacasa rented is a pet friendly room only to be charged twenty a night per pet which wasn’t a expense prepared for cause we paid for the pet friendly room and was suppose to be included not charged at check in we had 2 dogs hate this company this last time the going to screw me over won’t give them a 3 rd time

I'd stay here again!

I was pleasantly surprised and really happy with the room we stayed in for vacation. There were minor cosmetic things I noticed in the room (paint splatters around, wear on the carpet material on the balcony) but overall the room was nice. The view was beautiful and just what I needed. The room was clean and tidy. I was happy for choosing this resort because of the full refrigerator and kitchen. We bought groceries and were able to save money instead of eating every meal at a restaurant. It's located on the strip and only takes about 10-15minutes to get to main attractions. It's also walking distance to a few restaurants and stores as well.

OK if you’re bringing your furbabies

Very dog friendly and convenient places for them to walk. The room leaves much to be desired. The ceiling shavings feom the popcorn ceiling was dropping everywhere and left my clothes dusty in the closet. The dloors were filthy dirty and the chairs on the balcony were filthy! I would not return but appreciated the beautiful oceanview daily and the convenience of having my furbaby.

Super dog friendly!

This place was not fancy, but it is clean and perfect for a beach weekend/vaca to bring your family and dog. It is just steps to the beach and they clearly cater to dog families. There is also an easy access place for dogs to use the potty right on the property. We had a great stay!

The stay at this location was amazing. Oceanfront view, quiet, and clean. Staff was easy to help with whatever needs we had whether it was extra towels, soap, etc. Dishes were provided to use to cook and eat with which was a help. Overall enjoyed the stay at this location.

Room and view was great. Had a few door issues that ended in replacing the lock also the door was hard to open had to push very hard to get in. Had to hold the handle down on the toilet to get it to finish flushing. Otherwise all was well.

Very Good Value

I have previously booked at Ocean Plaza. This was a definite upgrade. I paid about $76/night. The staff is friendly and the rooms, lobbies, pools, and elevators are very clean. I wish I could take off a half star because our bathtub drained so slowly it would take hours to empty after one shower. Something to know about this room is you have to exchange your dirty towels at the lobby desk. This isn’t a deal breaker but is slightly inconvenient. This location also allows pets which I don’t have but I enjoyed meeting all the dogs. Would 100% stay here again for the right cost. It’s a pretty basic hotel/condo room for a low cost. Bonus for the no carpet.

Wonderful Vacation Home

The close location of the beach was wonderful. I could just lay in bed and watch the ocean ! Took our Miniature Schnauzer for the first time on vacation and the dog park and employees and fellow guests with dogs made it so easy to travel with a pet . Our room was very clean and said to have been recently remodeled. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and supplied you with anything you needed or asked for . I would definitely go back to this room /place for a future vacation whether I had a dog or not !! If you are an animal lover, this is definitely the place for you !!
