House located in a typical Perigord village offering all amenities, halfway between Sarlat and Montignac Lascaux (about 15 minutes).
Charming villages, prehistoric sites (Le Thot, Lascaux, Prehisto Parc, Prehisto Dino Parc...), caves (Combarelles, Lascaux, Maxange, Fond de Gaume, Cromagnon shelter...), castles (Beynac, Milanes, Commarque, Castelnaud, etc.), Bournat village, Périgord aquarium, water park, Bos pond and Tamnies pond with snack bar and sandy beach, churches, gardens of the Eyrignac manor, wines and tasty dishes are accessible within a restricted area.
The Dordogne is 15 minutes away for a canoe trip with family or friends to share a moment of relaxation.
We can accommodate you with a minimum of 2 nights.
House of 140 m² on a fenced plot of 2000 m². This recent house is composed of 3 large bedrooms (beds of 140) including another bedroom with a mezzanine bed of one place and a small sofa bed of 120.
The main room is composed of a large living room, a living room and a fully equipped open kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee maker (dolce gusto) + an outdoor plancha on the terrace.
For winter evenings there is a wood burning stove (extra charge) and underfloor heating.
The living room and kitchen give direct access to the terraces leading to the garden. The latter is equipped: swing, slide, trampoline, petanque court, hammock, dartboard...
This house is non-smoking indoors.
Pets are allowed under certain conditions. The house must be returned in the condition you found it when you arrived.
Weekly rate from: 770 euros.
Supplement for bedding: 15 euros / person, towel + washcloth: 8 euros / person. Deposit: 500 euros.
Cleaning fee: 80 euros / stay. Pets: 10 euros/day. Firewood kit: 10 euros/day.
