With everything you need (and more!) enjoy days of fun in the sun at the Carolinian Beach Resort! Guests will have access to great amenities inside the condo as well as everything the resort has to offer.

Your reservation includes buffet breakfast for two guests at Magnolia’s at 26th. Tickets are valid only on the date issued. ***Extra breakfasts are available for $10 + tax*** just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Great stay

My wife and i booked a last minute vacation. We happened upon the Carolinian Resort by chance internet surfing for a place to accomadate the dates we needed with a decent price and we found it. Check in was smooth and easy. Room was clean and quiet. Had everything we needed. We found our new spot when we come to MB for our annual trip.

Nice place and location.

Very clean but a little outdated with kitchen appliances and furniture. Nice pools and added extras like free breakfast and putt putt. Could have had extra paper towels and bath tissue. Rooms were large and bed was comfy.

Peaceful fun

It was as described include breakfast at 21 magnolias excellent food. Front desk staff was so nice and friendly as was the rest of the staff. On beach in a safe area. We had a wonderful time. Free dvd rentals was great. Excellent.

Beautiful suite. Clean and all appliances new and in good working condition. King-size bed is very comfortable and lots of pillows. The view is amazing. Perfect suite for two people. Very private suite and quiet. Great location highly recommend this unit.

Great employees, rooms just need help.

Check in process and all staff I encountered were incredibly nice. Never had a bad experience with anyone at the property. That being said, this was a last minute decision to make this trip. So we picked from what we had and this was the best option. The room itself is set up nicely. Has a full kitchen with all needed essentials (except scissors of all things?), spacey bedroom and bathroom, they gave us breakfast buffet vouchers for magnolias your own washer and dryer which isn’t super tiny and huge soaker tub. The cons however, is a rather small balcony, small living room area, and the comfort of the suite items wasn’t great. The pull out couch mattress was about three inches thick, and very worn. You could feel every metal bar under you. The king bed was rough but not the worst thing I’ve ever slept on. The cleaning crew did great, but a downfall is the curtains over the balcony doors. There are some in the bedroom but no curtains at all to block the heat in the living room. They ask you to keep all doors closed to prevent condensation build up, but I couldn’t close off the main space from the heat to do so (which is EXTREMELY visible on the walls, like you can see drip lines going down all the walls all the way to the floor in some spots). Other than that, the worst part was no on site parking. The parking garage is a block away from the building but not a bad walk at all to the condo. Overall it did the job for the trip but probably would choose elsewhere next time.

Overall a great place to stay!

We arrived around check in time. It was packed and check in took quite awhile as there was a lot of information to go over. After traveling all day I was just ready to relax and unwind. Parking was a block over which was quite inconvenient at times. To access the elevators in our tower you had to use a key code. The extra security was appreciated. Our unit was on the 19th floor. To enter the unit we had to go into one door, which led to two doors/units. That extra privacy was very nice! Upon entering the unit I noticed a smell, which I'm assuming was the old carpeting. The unit was pretty well clean otherwise. Well stocked with all your essentials...dish soap, sponge, laundry soap, bar soap, all kitchen necessities. Plenty of towels and appreciated the washer and dryer!! The bed wasn't the most comfortable, and every time we moved the springs made lots of noise. Definitely not the worst bed I've slept in though. It was acceptable. The balcony was a little smaller than I had hoped for, but it opened up wider on the ocean side so we used that side. Absolutely breathtaking views of the ocean, and was awesome to people watch on both the street side and beach side. All the workers were extremely nice and helpful. This place is definitely going to be saved in my favorites. Biggest downfall for us was the distance to our favorite restaurants. We're getting older so we had to drive to a few of the places and parking was costly and difficult to find. Otherwise this place was great!

Even though it’s a partial ocean view the views are amazing. I loved being up so high and that you could access the balcony two ways. Living room furniture could be updated but it’s okay. Bed was amazing!! Great stay will be staying again.
