With everything you need (and more!) enjoy days of fun in the sun at the Carolinian Beach Resort! Guests will have access to great amenities inside the condo as well as everything the resort has to offer.

Your reservation includes buffet breakfast for two guests at Magnolia’s at 26th. Tickets are valid only on the date issued. ***Extra breakfasts are available for $10 + tax*** just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

The room was clean and had a beautiful view. The building had a security panel in place at the elevator entrance so only guests could get in. Wish there had been a walk in shower for my elderly mother but that is on me for not checking. Our one issue was the pot smell was horrible at times. Either from the floor below us or somewhere on our floor. The pool area was nice and we enjoyed our beach time.

Very nice for a good price

The room was clean, however as with anywhere, bring cleaning wipes just to be a extra sure. The building was clean and organized. I didn't use the pools but my kids did and they said they could use some cleaning. The breakfast that is included is very good and the wait staff is very pleasant. I would definitely recommend staying here. If I can book this condo again I will.

Had a great view, layout was nice. It needed some items for the kitchen, dish towel, pot holder. The stove needed some work all the eyes were unlevel makes for fun cooking.

After reading reviews and watching Tiktok and seeing horror stories of rooms and rentals in Myrtle Beach I hoped I picked a good one. This condo definitely was. It was clean, although not as clean as one would like, so bring the Lysol wipes. They do provide courtesy products but bring your own extras. My kids said the pool wasn't bad but needed a cleaning. The ocean is right outside and the view is beautiful. There were NO BUGS. Linens were clean. Overall I would recommend staying here and if I can I will book there again.

Great Ocean Views

The corner room has great views of the ocean from the balcony, and from the corner windows in the king bedroom. Everything was nice about the condo, good space for a medium sized group.

Clean as a whistle

The whole place was extra nice and I found nothing wrong with cleanliness. Beautiful view and a truly spacious condo.. The Magnolia Restuarant is also wonderful.

We had a great week! The condo was exceptionally clean! Make sure you bring your spices all the way down to coffee filters. Nothing is left for the next guest. Other than that I was very happy with our stay and would stay again.

We had the best ocean view of any place we've ever stayed. The extra long balcony had two doors, including one from the master. Ours was a two bedroom unit. The kitchen was well equipped. Location superb.

Upon arriving to the condo after checking in , found the door was standing wide open no one around. Then when we were getting ready to leave NO hot water for our showers. So it started ok and ended bad and the front desk was no help informing me that there had been a thunderstorm and maintenance wasn’t there yet . And I had to pay for these services.

4 Adults stayed for 5 nights. Very good location within walking distance to the boardwalk, Sky Wheel and restaurants. Incuded parking was also good. Room had 2 very nice bedrooms and 2 full baths. Beds were decently comfortable. Excellent ocean view from the balcony. The included breakfast was excellent and the continual replay mini golf was a lot of fun. Spa area and pools were being serviced and didn’t use them during stay but look nice. Check in and out was very organized.

Decent place to stay

The living room furniture is horrible. Everything in the living room needs to be updated. The bathrooms and bedrooms have been updated and are nice. My wife wouldn’t even sit anywhere in the living room because it was so bad. Overall the property is a nice place, nice added amenities go with it. The breakfast was great, great little restaurant included in the stay. Nice view from the room.. just could not give a 5 star because of the ran down furniture in the living room.
