Nestled on a fenced plot of 1500 m2, the villa is perfectly in line with the specifications of this area, both by the architectural quality of its lines and by the beauty of its gardens with multiple Mediterranean species.

The infinity pool, the terrace of which extends into the beach, looks very beautiful. It is surrounded by a wrought iron fence to guarantee the safety of children. To complete this relaxation space, you can also enjoy a 7-seater infinity and waterfall Spa.
The swimming pool is equipped with an efficient heating system from mid-May to mid-October. This can also be from the beginning of April, but for this period, it depends on the weather at the time, especially if the nights are still cool.

The dominant view of the sea, the golf course and the hills alone represents a major asset, but you will also appreciate its charm and tranquility, while being close to the beaches, the city center, its shops and its activities.

A parking lot secured by an automatic gate can accommodate 3 to 4 cars.
(The garage is not accessible, it is reserved for our personal belongings).

The large living room with large bay windows faces the superb landscape and gives access to the various terraces in the day area. The American kitchen adjoining the living room is perfectly equipped with the appliances essential to your culinary well-being.

The villa has 6 air-conditioned bedrooms that can accommodate up to 12 people.

- 2 bedrooms with double beds 160 x 200, shared bathroom, separate toilet, cupboard and terrace.

Cleaning and linen are included in the price (towels, beach towels, sheets).
Also, we work with a concierge who will take care of cleaning before your arrival as well as check-in/check-out. They will also be available in case of problems during your stay.
