With an unbeatable oceanfront location and multiple resort amenities, you'll never want to leave! Small but practical, let this be your place to rest your feet after days and days of fun.

Your reservation includes buffet breakfast for two guests at Magnolia’s at 26th. Tickets are valid only on the date issued. ***Extra breakfasts are available for $10 + tax*** just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Every enjoyable stay

The view from the 2nd floor was awesome. The hotel didn't reek of pot like alot of them do. The free breakfast that was included with our stay had a lot of variety and the food was good. I would definitely stay here again.. Just one thing to note about the property. You have to park about a block and a half away from the hotel and I didn't see any handicap parking at the building other than for registration so if walking is an issue you might want to check into that 1st. However, the parking decks 1st floor was handicap parking.

Cons; -Dirt and trash swept behind sliding door curtain, no dustpan in unit. Clumps of hair in kitchen sink (like someone trimmed their beard and dumped it in the sink}. - DVD remote did not work, could not hear movies for two days. - Online listing indicated toaster was available in unit, no toaster. - Cameras right outside the unit balcony created discomfort, felt like we were constantly watched. Pros, -Front desk and maintenance team very responsive and courteous, provided dustpan and correct remote for DVD -Breakfast arrangement was very nice as well as free miniature golf and DVD library. Will not be returning to this facility

Nice place, but listing is misleading.

This is a hotel room, not a "condo" as listed. The property is very clean and the staff are great and very friendly. However, this is a standard-sized hotel room that comfortably fits two people. We enjoyed our stay, but make sure you temper your expectations of what you will be walking into at this location. We would stay again for the price, but were expecting a larger, more homey place with more amenities available. Now that we know what we are getting, we will be better prepared.

The stay would have been at least good had the headboards not have mildew on them and water dripping from the entire room for the whole stay. The complimentary breakfast was great great. Also we enjoyed the pools. Front desk were fast and friendly

Spring Break

Fantastic view of the ocean with small balcony. Too cold for the pool, which balcony overlooks with the ocean. The room itself was decent. Older furnishings that looked a little worn. Bathroom toilet was constantly running.

Quick Beach Trip

My wife and I along with our two granddaughters made a quick trip to the beach to visit family and have a late Christmas. The unit was extremely clean and a great location and views great of the pool and beach. Communication was excellent from the time we made the reservation to the time we departed. Would definitely rent from again.

Everything was very plesant the only issue was all the cameras pointing right at our balcony made it uncomfortable to sit around and drink our coffee in the morning in our pjs, I would have preferred a lil more privacy. ALSO Im a smoker and it was rainy and cold so other than walking across the street and sitting in the rain there was no where for me to go. I get not everyone smokes and I can respect that by not smoking in or at the room however I do feel like we all pay the same prices smokers or not so we should have some form of designated covered smoking amenity available.we have feelings too. Had I know I could not smoke anywhere on the property outside I would not have booked so there for I probley would not book again in the future. ESPECIALLY WHEN WE HAVE THE THREAT OF A 250 CHARGE BUT YET SEVERAL OF YOUR EMPLOYEES were smoking on site on more than one occasion.

Great location. 20 min walk to sky wheel, beach outside, no maid service is a con. Room was in worn shape. Clean but lived in…served a purpose as a place to sleep.

Clean Ocean View in Worn-Down Building

Clean room with kitchenette and amenities with beach side balcony, but broken sliding door handle made it inoperable. Beautiful shower tile but missing grout seal throughout. Love the location, don't care for the aging common areas.

Beautiful location

I loved everything about this place. The only thing I didn’t like is the 4pm check in and 10 AM check out. The location is great. I recommend renting a car.

Unwanted visitors

Unfortunately I do have to say that the hotel itself was exactly what it said it was and nice. On our second night, I woke up to grab something out the kitchen drawer to find a roach…. Not a water bug an actual roach. Was not able to sleep and immediately emailed the managers right away. Took quite some time to get a response and to only then be referred to the actually hotel manager who didn’t come in until later in the afternoon. Was a very big inconvenience and was forced to relocate halfway through our trip… not very happy about it
