- A pétanque court accessible via a gate adjoins the property on one side.
The large wooden terrace overlooking the garden, with a plancha, will allow you to spend pleasant evenings with your family in summer. The property is located a few minutes walk from a protected natural area (Le marsh des Bris).

Access to the nearest beach can be done by bike (around 10 minutes), but also on foot, only taking paths or cycle paths.
Another south-facing family beach with parking is also accessible 5 minutes by car or bike.
Access to the town center (all shops and market) of St Trojan les Bains can be done by bike via a cycle path (around 15 minutes), or by car.

A parking lot that can accommodate 5 to 6 cars is located in front of the house. Its location at the bottom of a cul-de-sac, and in a very quiet area, allows children to play around the house, as there is very little traffic.

The land is enclosed and copiously wooded, and therefore very shaded.
A wood stove in the living room, as well as an indoor barbecue, will allow you to spend autumn or winter evenings in "cocooning" mode.
