Completely renovated, this apartment is located in the heart of the old town of La Ciotat close to the quays of the port. You are close to shops, restaurants and 750 m from the entrance of the shipyard. No need for a vehicle on a daily basis.

For a holiday stay, you also have access to the beaches and creeks on foot.

The equipment has been designed to bring you all the comforts: air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, Wifi,... all in a modern atmosphere.



Included in the rental: WIFI, end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, bath towels, 1 space at the Indigo Old Port car park and your first consumables (coffee, toilet paper, garbage bag, washing-up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine capsules).



This 25m² accommodation is located on the2nd floor of a typical building located in the heart of the old town.

The living room is bright and offers a sitting area, dining. The kitchen is open and fully equipped.

If necessary, the sofa is convertible to offer an extra bed for 2 people.



The room offers a double bed of 140 x 200, shelving and wardrobe. The bedding is new and comfortable.

From the bedroom, you access the shower room with its walk-in shower and suspended toilet.



We can provide you with a high chair and a foldable cot free of charge.

Other remarks

A parking space is available at the Indigo "vieux port" car park near the town hall. It is about 700 m from the apartment. You can park nearby to drop off your luggage.

Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation.

The apartment cannot be rented to organize parties or events.

Animals are refused.

Arrival times: 16h-19h, departure time: 9h-11h.

In summer, the agency will define the time of provision of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.



The neighborhood

The apartment is located on the old port, nestled in the heart of the old town of La Ciotat which is quietly traversed along small streets full of charm and free of all traffic, the center being pedestrian. We pass in front of houses whose construction extends from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century. The tangle of streets and alleys leads to many squares, such as Place Sadi Carnot and its refreshing fountain where you can stop for a drink.



Also enjoy the new quays of the old port completely renovated in 2019. The markets, the terraces are all invitations to enjoy the rhythm of products, dishes and the Mediterranean climate.



You can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its indented and spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed "THE GULF OF LOVE" but also its hinterland: Calanques park, Calanque de Figuerolles, park and creek of Mugel, the green island, the beaches, Castellet circuit,...



On or underwater, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, sailing, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the omnipresent sun.

You can also take your vehicle and start at your leisure to discover the AOC vineyards of Cassis or Bandol, visit the Calanques by boat, opt for a golf course, practice hiking in the Castellet massifs or in the Calanques reserve, discover the golden islands, Marseille, Aix en Provence,...

You will enjoy all the amenities nearby. Bus, parking, departure of shuttles to the green island or the Calanques.

The bus station is 150 m away, the port 150 m, the SNCF train station 4.1 km away and accessible directly from the bus station.
