Mountain Condo Near Snowbasin, Powder & Nordic

Eden is a charming mountain community just outside Ogden, Utah, offering year-round adventure and breathtaking scenery. Whether you visit in winter or summer, you’ll find endless opportunities for outdoor fun, from world-class skiing to hiking, biking, and exploring the valley’s natural beauty.

In the snowy months, you’re conveniently located near Powder Mountain, Snowbasin, and Nordic Valley. This cozy mountain retreat puts you right in the heart of northern Utah’s best skiing and outdoor adventure. Not only downhill skiing, but there are also some of the best cross-country ski trails in the area. If you’d rather, snowmobile rentals are available too. You can even go ice fishing on the Pineview Reservoir.

In the other months you can tee off at the infamous Wolf Creek Championship outdoor Golf Course across the street (indoor facilities are open year-round). Mountain bike or hike the numerous trails and mountains nearby. Swim, paddleboard, kayak, canoe, or rent a wave runner or boat on the Pineview Reservoir. Disc golf rentals are just minutes away too, for the community disc golf course.

No matter the season or reason for your stay, this beautiful mountain condo offers a space to exhale. Here, you can unwind after a day of exploring, take in the crisp mountain air, and enjoy the peaceful rhythm of Eden. From sunrise coffee on the patio to stargazing nights wrapped in a blanket, it’s the kind of place that invites you to simply be.

The Space:
On the main level you’ll find the kitchen, a nice relaxing living area with a private balcony, one bedroom and full bath. Downstairs you’ll find the primary suite with a private full bath, two more bedrooms, a full bathroom to share, laundry, and access to the backyard. All bathrooms are fully stocked with essentials, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.

The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for anything from morning coffee to full family dinners. You’ll find cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper, along with a wide selection of pots, pans, and bakeware. There’s a full set of dishes, silverware, and utensils. Appliances include a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher, plus an air fryer.

Just outside the back door, enjoy a propane or charcoal grill, table for outdoor meals, and a community hot tub for evening soaks. Guests can also head to the clubhouse to enjoy the exercise room, kids’ game room including foosball, air hockey, ping pong, shuffleboard, the community pool with an additional hot tub, and a sand volleyball court. For those who choose to stay in, there are Roku TVs in every bedroom, including cable tv in the family room. A dedicated workspace with desk, monitor, and printer, as well as games and books for your entertainment.

Other things to note:
• No pets permitted.
We love animals, but this property must remain pet-free.
• No smoking or vaping inside the condo.
Any evidence or odor, smoke, or left behind butts will result in an additional $250 deep-cleaning fee.
• The pool is closed during the winter months, while the hot-tubs are open year-round.
