This home offers lots of privacy with the benefit of community amenities. You will have access to the neighborhood pool that overlooks the lake, tennis courts, basketball court, and walking trails. The community has a private boat ramp that will give you full access to Lake Tillery. The HOA charges a one-time $25 fee per boat for visitors to use the boat ramp and is payable to the guard house upon entry. There are wonderful hiking and mountain biking trails minutes away.
