Great place and location

The places is in great condition, host was very communicative and amenable to our requests. The location of the house is ideal, we really enjoyed the fact we could walk to state street and the beach.

Weekend Stay

The property has a great location in a quiet neighborhood, was clean and tastefully decorated. My family had a very nice time and Michael was very easy to work with.

Great House

The stay at Michael's house was great. The house was a nice cottage in a great location near downtown and a short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was great. Very clean and comfy. The location was close to everything. The hot tub was fantastic and well maintained. We were told to park on the street because the shared driveway is small. Street parking was not an issue. The backyard and hot tub were a nice little oasis.

Lovely Home

We stayed here for the weekend of our son’s UCSB graduation. Beautifully appointed home in a fantastic location. We particularly enjoyed the backyard space!

Great location!

We really had a great time overall. We walked to the beach and to their main street for restaurants, etc.House on small side but it suited my family of 4 just fine.2 bedrooms/2 bath (i with very tiny sink :)The owner did a really great job with the style and decor of the house and spared no expense!We did the Land Shark tour which was fun and walked to pretty much everything. Bring good walking shoes since food and Starbucks is about 4 city blocks but it was great for us!Plenty of towels and extra blankets. Bring your own beach towels!We didn’t use the so/hot tub so cannot comment on that but it was heated and ready to go!

Incredible home in perfect location

We weren’t at this beautiful home for five minutes before we began discussing when we could return. Just an absolutely beautiful little house in the most perfect location you could ask for in Santa Barbara. Michael was a fantastic host, kind and gracious and offering terrific advice on dining and responding promptly to any questions. We can’t wait to return. If this placs is available, do yourself a favor and book.

Cute and Convenient

Cute house, the pics aren't as recent in the posting as there were two rooms with queen beds (not one with twins) and some updates with a newer refrigerator. Also the bathrooms weren't pictured in the posting, but found them to be functional and clean! Very cute backyard, but sadly we did not get to enjoy it as much as we were out and about in Santa Barbara! We walked most days to State Street and Funk Zone but would uber at night. Very convenient stay. Only thing I would suggest is for Michael to leave a print out of any do's/don't, wifi, local recs, and checkout process. He was very quick to respond, but this would help not having to reach out so much (I felt bad asking questions even though I know I shouldn't). Thanks for the great stay in SB!

Bachelorette weekend

Wonderful stay! Michael was quick to respond to messages and was able to accommodate an early check in and a late checkout for our group. The location was perfect- a quick walk to state street and short drive to the water. Would definitely stay here again.

This cute home is perfect for a Santa Barbara getaway! Perfect location to anything and everything you want to do. Michael is amazing with his restaurant recommendations and he responds very quickly to any questions. I will definitely rent this property again!

Fantastic getaway in beautiful Santa Barbara

Location, location, location. A darling bungalow that met all our needs and then some. The backyard hot tub is marvelous and our dogs enjoyed the yard as well. Close to downtown, beaches, and great walking areas.
