The Le Sérias residence is ideally located in the center of the Peyragudes ski resort on the Peyresourde side at the foot of the slopes. Thanks to its privileged location, you will benefit from ski-in/ski-out access. This recent residence is made up of pleasant and comfortable apartments. The main shops and services are next to the residence
Accommodation: Apartment (level R+1)(approx.41m2), with balcony located in the Le Sérias residence at the foot of the slopes. Bedroom with 2 simple beds. Living room with convertible sofa (160) and television. Kitchenette equipped with 4 ceramic hobs, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bathroom with separate shower and toilet. Independent ski locker on the ground floor. Possibility of having wifi access in the apartment (paying) Services on request to be paid on site: bed or bathroom linen rental, underground parking, animal tax, end-of-stay cleaning, baby cot, high chair, wifi box... Remember to reserve them before your stay!! The summer/winter advantage: Free and unlimited access to Spassio: pool opening to the west through large bay windows which provide a very beautiful view of the Peyragudes ski area. Indoor pool with counter-current swimming, swan neck, massage bed, geysers (thighs, calves and kidneys), bubble beds, hammam, sauna and panoramic 8-seater jacuzzi facing the mountain (subject to days and periods of 'opening). Access to the laundromat at Maison de Peyragudes, washing €6 and drying €3.50
