5ARE44 - Canet beach, charming cottage with parking, furnished and equipped for 4 to 5 people, sea access 10 min walk.This house is an excellent compromise between a proximity to the beach and a quiet area protected from the world and noise.It consists of a terrace, an entrance overlooking the main room, living room.The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee maker, an oven, a four-fired ceramic glass hob and an extractor hood and a freezer refrigerator.On the mezzanine you will find a separate bz and wc.And finally on the second floor, you will find a first bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a dresser, a second bedroom with two beds in 90 cm and a wardrobe, as well as a bathroom. Air conditioning upstairs.
