Welcome to Lassen 3! This five-bedroom vacation home is the ultimate destination for an incredible Sunriver adventure. Upon arrival, guests are greeted by classic elegance and large windows that flood the two-story home with natural light. The large open great room and recently updated finishes offer all the comforts and amenities of a well-appointed vacation home. Best of all, this home is pet-friendly, so bring your furry friend along to join in the fun.

After a full day of adventure, relax in the comfortable living room complete with supple leather couches and a gas fireplace. Enjoy a meal with friends and family around the dining room table or the large kitchen island. The main level of the home features a large master suite with a spacious ensuite and direct access to the back deck and private hot tub. Upstairs, you’ll find four additional rooms, including one with two pyramid bunk beds, three with king-sized beds, and one with a queen-sized bed.
*This home does not have Air Conditioning.

Once settled into the comfortable surroundings of Lassen 3, explore the natural beauty of Sunriver, filled with unparalleled views, abundant wildlife, and endless activities. Visit Sunriver homeowners Aquatic center or the Village at Sunriver for shopping and dining, or explore Cardinal Landing, where the Big Deschutes River runs through the woodlands. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 9 people, including 3 couples 2 small boys nes and older singles. Plus our fur babies. House was very comfortable for our group. Most beds were comfortable- even the twin sized ones. I’m be of the mattresses has a humo in the middle but outside of that no one complained. Plenty of seating. Kitchen is adequate, pans not the greatest but that is definitely a common thing with so many renters going in and out. Plenty of plates and coffee cups a little low on glasses but you could use wine glasses or your own water bottles, as we did. We liked the location, right next to country store and enclosed dog park area.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very roomy, clean and very well supplied. However, the microwave did not work. Non-stick frying pan needs to be replaced. We did not use it. Food stuck to the stainless steel frying pans. We called & left a message with property management about the microwave and no one ever showed up since it was the weekend.

Great place

We stayed here for our annual ski trip vacation. It is a great house with a great layout and includes everything you need in the kitchen to make home cooked meals. This place also had plenty of things to keep kids and adult entertained while not on the slopes.

Great family friendly getaway

This is a beautiful and clean property with tons of space for our annual family get together. Loved the open concept downstairs for everyone to gather. We all had fun enjoying the amenities as well!

Thanksgiving 2022

Great house for our group of 6. It was one big living space with comfy furniture. Kitchen was well stocked for holiday cooking. Loved the small table in the living room because we did puzzles and could watch tv and enjoy the fire at the same time. Beds and bathrooms were good. Extra blankets were nice. Handy that the north grocery store was close enough to walk to. Loved playing the games that were in the garage. My only complaint is that the deck, while large, was not closed in as seen in pictures. We chose this house because of wanting to be able to have the dogs outside and contained. That was not the case and it was a pain to have to keep taking the dogs outside.

Bathrooms/Bathtubs were dirty! You need to be more transparent to guests that there is no air conditioner, especially during the summer months.

A but small and felt crowded

We were a group of seven adult family members. I should have checked the square footage of the house listing — it’s much smaller than what appears in the pictures. The kitchen can only comfortably accommodate one person at a time — two people are on top of each other. The dining room table and chairs are crammed Into a space too small for them. Bunk bedroom is ridiculous — one can hardly squeeze past the first bunks to get to the to the second set of bunks, and the bunks are so close to the wall that it’s impossible to open the window. The house is adequately supplied and location is good. Be aware — if you’re planning to buy groceries and cook, there literally isn’t a single shelf or drawer in the kitchen with space to put your supplies. We ended up stashing all our dry/ pantry goods on a small shelf in the living room and on the floor.

Great Home with Adult sized rooms!

Great property to stay at for a family/friend reunion. Lots of space for everyone to do their own thing, hot tub was the main attraction! Also, allowing pets there was a plus. FYI if anyone finds a wedding band in an upstairs room please let me know! There is a reward!

Family getaway

Wonderful family home! Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of bedding and towels. Grandchildren loved the game tables and bunk room. Hot tub was wonderful.

Loved the proximity of the home to the slopes and grocery store. Had everything you needed for a great ski get away.

Nice Sunriver home. Big enough for a family gathering. Nice layout with plenty of restrooms. The extra table was great for puzzles.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 7 adults stay for 5 nights between Christmas & New Year's. The house had great space for all of us. The hot tub was a nice size and we appreciated that the cover was easy to raise and lower. The kitchen was a bit small and the fridge was weirdly close to the island so it required some coordination. Everything was very clean. We couldn't figure out how to get the fireplace to work, however. We enjoyed having an extra fridge in the garage for beverages and the game tables were a blast. We had our daughter's service dog with us and really loved the LVT floors - we didn't have to be anxious about snow or scratches. The location is also great. A very short walk to the Sunriver Marketplace and walking to the river or the village was very do-able as well.

The property was great! Plenty of room , well-stocked too. Check-in was easy and the Property management was quick to respond to our questions and promptly came out for a maintenance concern. We had a wonderful 4 day gathering. Thank-you for the memories❤️

So disappointing!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived with our family, children and grandchildren for a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend that ended up being continual inconvenience and disappointment. The gas fireplace never worked, the property management sent someone to fix it, but it never stayed on. The water heater was out for a day so no hot water for hands, dishes or showers. The hot tub was continually blowing the circuit, so the hot tub was never staying hot. After two days, they sent someone to replace the circuit in the garage so the hot tub would stay on. The blow up mattress had two holes in it and would not stay blown up. The cable in the master bedroom did not work, the remote for the speakers did not work. The property management knew about most of these issues and still rented it instead of getting these items repaired or replaced before renting it out!We will never rent from them again.

Clean, plenty of towels, the garage games need a little TLC like extra paddles/balls for the ping pong table and air hockey has seen better days. Still fun though, nice foos ball table. Hot tub worked well. Kitchen was stocked. Grill isn’t the best but adequate. Good outdoor and indoor seating options.
